The staff were very professional. On our check in date, the lady called Beatriz has a very warm smile. She’s respectful, friendly and helpful. Similarly at check out two great staff (a female and a male) were extremely helpful making sure I got sorted with my bus ticket and taxi.
Breakfast was delicious and sufficient.
Room was spacious, clean and smells good.
Room has no kettle but it didn’t really matter because everything else was just perfect for us.

Modern, clean hotel with elevator, plenty of parking spaces, in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city, near grocery stores within walking distance. Spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast.
Good base for exploring this Portuguese region.
Unfortunately we missed a fridge and kettle. If they were in the room it could be considered a 4* hotel.

Quiet location that you can easily travel by foot to tourist spots.
No control over room temperature, room was too hot.
The first day we left the do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning staff still went inside the room too make the beds and change a towel, also only one hand towel for 2 people.
Little to no information on how the hotel operates, did not indicate where the stairs were (cleaning staff did not know if we could use the stairs) they just said call 900 for the reception.
The window did not fully close, but I managed to fix it with a pocket screwdriver.
Mold around the window and drapes.
