Easy check in. Peaceful location. Fabulous large garden for the dogs, plus walks from doorstep. House overall was pretty well kitted out. Short walk to pub.
The smell on arrival wasn’t pleasant coming from outside. Septic tank? This did clear later on after arrival, but was whiffs the following morning at front entrance. House is a little tired in areas however this did not affect our stay. If I were to be critical, the grass being cut before arrival would have made it easier to ensure it remained dog poo free. It was a major search morning and night 😉

Loved the actual property, the gardens and the hot tub
There was not really enough seating area in the lounge, sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even with the mattress topper. Was a bit remote for us but that was my bad for not checking before I booked.

Modern, very clean, every thing you needed (washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, BBQ, didn't use any of these but were there). And the icing on the cake the hot tub which is why we booked it. Having milk, orange juice, bottle of wine and some chocolate bars and biscuits provided was a nice touch. All cleaning, washing up bits provided also.
Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and hot tub needed to be a few degrees hotter.

Lovely Suffolk countryside.
The Rumburgh Buck pub is excellent and walking distance.
