Wonderful Stay at Casa Eva — Best Staff Ever! We had a wonderful stay at Casa Eva, and the staff was truly the best ever! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. One thing that really stood out was after we had a late night and didn’t leave our room until around 3:00 PM. Even then, the staff still checked on us and asked if we needed our room made up. You just don’t find that kind of service at other hotels! It really made us feel welcomed and cared for. Our room was large and comfortable, although it was a little dark. The air conditioning worked great, and we always had plenty of hot water in the shower. The included breakfast was excellent, with plenty of food and lots of choices. There was something for everyone, and we really enjoyed starting our mornings with breakfast there. The only downsides were the small closet and lack of drawers, so during our week-long stay we had to live out of our suitcases. The internet was also not very reliable, which could be frustrating. And, of course, being in the city, the fireworks popping off all day and night—24/7, 365 days a year—can definitely be a lot! Between the unreliable internet and the constant fireworks, those were really the only drawbacks we experienced. Despite those minor inconveniences, we would absolutely recommend Casa Eva! The amazing staff, spacious room, great air conditioning, hot showers, and excellent breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. The outstanding service alone makes this hotel worth considering.

The personnel, Miriam and Damian hosted our stay at the boutique hotel. They were the most kind and helpful people. They helped us with our needs from finding a beauty salon, buying denture paste for my mom and a shower bench for her to shower safely. Miriam and Damian nades feel super welcome. We are very grateful for their hospitality. Obviously, the premises were impecable and beautiful.

The location was great, and it was quiet in our room. Our room was spacious.

It was fine. Breakfast was good…but the first two days our server needed some training. The next server was very good.
