Lovely hotel located on hillside within walking distance of the Herkules monument that overlooks Kassel. My compact single room had a balcony with a super view (see picture).
Safe parking. Good pub with food within 2 minutes walk.
I liked this hotel so much that I booked an extra night, but then I couldn't use it due to a family mini-crisis.
The weather was very hot, so I had to have the windows and balcony doors open overnight. Unfortunately the balcony was shared with neighbours who smoked on the balcony late at night and early morning - unpleasant for a non smoker.

Great spacious rooms, nice and breezy. Breakfast was great: staff were very nice.

The breakfast was basic but ok. The localization was superb. The stuff was fantastic and very helpful. We could enter with our dog without problem. The room was very clean.
We had to pay extra for children which was written totally in the end on the booking website. We reserved the room for 4 2 adults and 2 children but the beds for children were terrible, very uncomfortable.
