Standardhotel in zentraler Lage

Tolle Aussicht aus der Junior Suite und von der Dachterrasse

Mittelmäßiger Standard. Die Junior Suite entsprach einem normalen Hotelzimmer. An manchen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster waren sehr schmutzig.

The hotel is not far from airport and it s got an average standard and at a reasonable price.

Not willing to return.

The location

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. And had old fixtures for parts. Also, the booking.com price is different than the price at check-in so I was disappointed there.

There is a lot to gain considering the price and the proximity of the hotel to Dar es Salaam.

The breakfast was generally standard.

The reception ladies struggled a lot to communicate in English. The TV set was sometimes not working.

Thanks to the staff for their kindness and good customer service.

Honestly the main thing I liked about the place were the staff members who are so kind and helpful. The AC and fan are working in the room.

1.The breakfast is barely anything. Fruits, white bread, two eggs and a sausage. Can do much better on this. 2. The WiFi wasn’t working half the time. 3. The place could be cleaner. I had a cockroach in my room. They need to fumigate.

Jajčna omleta z dodatkom lupine

Vibrantna lokacija z vsemi specifikami mesta na dosegu roke.

Posamezniki, ki so del osebja, se ne vedejo zares primerno. Hrana je obupna; v jajčni omleti se je nahajal konkreten kos lupine. Po opozorilu osebja, nismo bili deležni opravičila.

General overall facility is Fair

The Facilities were slightly dated: 1. Wi-Fi sometimes not working in Room 2. Broken Toilet Seat 3. Flooded Room from Rainwater coming through the window seal

Nice location and stuff..however the hotel could be improved on

The receptionist was really helpful and nice..She also made sure I got breakfast earlier than start time as I was leaving early

Dar Hotel Euro

Az ágy kényelmes volt és a klíma működött.

The hotel is in a terrible location, the staff was indifferent, the elevator only worked with a staff card, the rooftop elevator could only be used on the ground floor, the cleanliness was below average, the window of the room on the sixth floor had a bar and looked onto the balcony of the neighboring building, with a closed window the noise of the city could be heard all the time, the equipment and construction of the room was unclassifiable, the place called the restaurant was dirty, the breakfast was tasteless lait 1 hour and had no choice, it was only stale warm melon juice. I only got water on the first day, I always had to ask for a towel no even hand towel only in first day. I felt so bad that I left 2 days early before my booked finished.

Excellent hotel to book

This is one hotel that checks all the boxes to justify its rating but offers lot more. The staff are nice and the manager easily accessible and ready to help. At a budget price this hotel is a steal.

Great value hotel

The staff was friendly and professional, the restaurant had really good varieties of meals and had plenty of Indian influence which I like, the location was excellent and saved me plenty of time exploring Ilala by foot because everything was within walking distance and proximity to the ferry port.

Some rooms are better than others by street view, but largely all rooms are good

Unpleasant apartment

I would have rather rated it with a zero, but the 2 points are for the boxed breakfast that we were given because we checked out early before breakfast time.

I don't know why it's a 3-star hotel! When we got in, we thought it's a one or 2-star hotel until I checked it again on the map and on booking.com. The elevator opens directly to the apartment (ours was on the 9th floor). The apartment is very old. We were actually fooled by the pictures at the time of booking it! The wall painting or wallpapers of the bedrooms are old and the colors are very unpleasant and unwelcoming. There were no hangers in the closets. There's no safe and no slippers. The kitchen is a joke. There's no fridge, cooking pans, plates, glasses, or utensils! What's the point then of having an oven and a stovetop? However, there was a small fridge in one or two of the rooms. But you have to plug it or switch the outlet on as it would most likely be off when you get in. There's a washing machine, but not sure if it's a hybrid with a dryer. The towels provided in the rooms seemed unclean (their color is greyish white!) No tissue box. And only a few paper cups next to the water heater in the living room. The TV and the receiver in the living room didn't work. There's a night bar nearby, so it could get very noisy and loud at night if you're staying in a room that overlooks it. We heard a loud fight around 3 am! We were glad we spent only one night here.

Not a bad stay between town center and airport

Staff (reception and restaurant ladies) was great and very friendly. Ladies 10 + manager 4 = 7 :)

Manager asked us to give 10/10 on the way out. (I don’t think it’s fair). ..We heard him shouting on the reception staff.

The manager and the staff were very helpful and even prepared us a breakfast to go because we had to leave at 4am to the airport. The room was simple and clean, the rooftop restaurant was nice and the food was good (we had burguers). It was a very short stay, so there not much to say.

The bed/pillows could be a bit more confortable, but for one night it was fine.

The staff especially Doreen was so kind, humble and caring. She was always there when I needed assistance without any delays. I really felt like home. The price was also value for money.

Restaurant on the roof had great service and food. The hotel was also able to organize a very early airport transfer for a reasonable price and the driver was perfectly on time.

The staff was very thoughtful and attended to all my wishes. The room is not a beauty, but has everything you could need and was very clean. Warm water in the shower etc. For a night or two its all you need.

I would definitely not recommend to stay here even for a short one night stay. Aside from lack of hygiene/cleanliness our room was not prepared for guests at all.. there was no toilet paper, no towels, no duvet cover - not sure if the bedsheets were even changed after the previous guest. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful. The manager tried to be helpful and sort out the issue but not sure why they would bring a guest to a room that is clearly not ready (note: hotel was pretty much empty so I am sure there were other rooms)

Very relaxing. The staff were amazing. The food was good.

Loved the lay out of the apartment and we like it being up high.

It was in a bit of a busy area of town.
