I really appreciated the quick check-in and check-out, the healthy and delicious breakfast, the kindness of the hotel staff, and the overall quality of the facilities.
The main issue was the noise — I could hear a lot from the street, at least from the room I was in, so I can’t speak for the others. The only other detail was that the sheets had an old, set-in stain. It didn’t seem like a cleanliness issue, but it still left a less-than-ideal impression. I mention it only so it can be addressed, as everything else was fine.

I love the location! It is close to everything! After like 5 or so there is this chuzo spot (toños) that sets up right next to the pharmacy next door and it is SO GOOD. Literally walking distance.
When we went to check in for the first night, the front desk girl told us that she gave our room away because she thought we weren't going to show up. She suggested that she would book us in another similar hotel for the same price and quality if we paid that night. We were so tired that we took the offer, thinking that this new hotel was within the same caliber as ORSuites, but once we arrived, it was awful! Extremely poor quality, and the mattresses were hard as rocks. This was a huge disappointment, instantly regretted the trust we placed in the girl from the front desk in ORSuites. My suggestion would be to reach out if you are thinking of checking in a bit passed check-in time. Also, getting toilet paper and towels was a mission! They provided them to us, but it took a ridiculous amount of time. One day they told me they ran out of towels...
