Been to this property before, everything is just to our comfort zone.
Just the shower tap, very hard to balance cold and hot water. Either hot water flow hot middle of shower or too cold, If upgrade to mixer shower tap would be idle rather then two handle.

A lovely cottage, well located and spotlessly clean. Perfect for dogs as the yard is fully contained.

Location, presentation and cleanliness.
Laundry appliances need repair/ replacement. Bathroom is a little tired.

I liked the front room which appeared made over. We didn’t use it but it did show what the rooms could scrub up to-however the curtains in that room are badly in need of replacing …
Didn’t like how so many easily fixed small things were not attended to. The house is in desperate need of some loving in the form of fixed hinges in wardrobe doors -completed shelving above the desk in one room and on and on with just general attention that would work wonders. The lounge seats are far too long past their use by date ..the dining chairs like sitting on rocks. Generally little comfort but the beds were ok. The bathroom fittings need attention and probably a good makeover with replacing the shower head and fixing the screen door a good start. The bath is too old to be enticing.
The electric jug in the kitchen needs replacing
