The villa is nicely updated, well appointed and very comfortable. It is a short walk to both the beach and the Sanctuary Hotel. We really like the quiet location and views of one of the ponds from the dining area/deck.
As was mentioned in a few of the other reviews, turning the toilet would make the bathroom seem more spacious.

Do your research ahead of time about what to do on the island. Lots of hidden jems!
Also, before heading out to walk or ride on the bike paths pick up a map from the Nature Center.
The new "Nest Market Cafe" setting is nice, but not as many offering as the old Market. Get your groceries ahead of time, not much here. $14.99 for a jar of spaghetti sauce.

My husband really enjoyed the wildlife there, alligators and deer. I should have paid more attention to the fact that there's 22 steps up to the top floor. There are restaurants and shops close by. We had a memorable trip here with all of my grandson's wedding festivities.

Nice place for 2 people. More than that it would b two crowded. Very clean and the hostess always replied back to message very quickly. The best part it’s only a 6 minute walk to the beach.

Very nice property, well equipped and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach past ponds and golf course. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch overlooking a pond and saw deer walk past one night, We are bikers and the Kiawah bike paths and beaches are hard to beat

We had a great time during our stay. The unit was exactly as depicted in the photos. The kitchen was outfitted very well with pots, dish ware and utensils. We loved to start and end our day in the screened in porch. The beach was only 4 minute walk away. Renting bikes allowed us to explore the island and enjoy both beach rides and bike path rides.
I would high,y recommend this accommodation.

My husband and I have been coming to Kiawah for 15+years. In all of that time we have never vacationed alone. Since we are both retired we decided to make our third trip to Kiawah this year solo. The unit was the perfect size, location and fully stocked. It truly was a home away from home. We look forward to returning to this unit next year.

We loved the Tennis villas. We recently started playing pickleball and having easy access to the courts was wonderful. The villa was clean and spacious. The washing machine and dryer were quick and efficient. I did laundry 4 times while there because you know sweat. We will absolutely be back.

The villa was wonderful! It had everything we needed. Nicely furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the screened in porch, easy access to the beach, and amazing bike trails. The Ryder Cup Bar was a definite highlight. Great recommendation. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little slice of heaven.

Wonderful stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay in the Villa. Everything was perfect for the two of us. It was immaculately clean and cute as could be. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and even had a few extras. We loved sitting outside on the screened in patio, but when it was too hot, you can open the patio curtains, turn the chairs around (swivel chairs!) and enjoy the view from there. It’s a very easy walk to the beach. We would love to return in the fall to enjoy the area.

The condo is in the Tennis Club villa complex. A few minutes walk over two lagoons and you are on the beach. The condo was spotless and the kitchen very well equipped, much better than most rentals. The king bed was very comfortable with plenty of bedding and pillows. Two showerheads to choose from in the bath, one hand-held and one rain shower. Directions on how to work them would have been helpful, but we did figure them out. The living room furniture was great and offered comfortable seating for watching the very large TV. The outside porch was screened and allowed us to watch the alligators float along in the lagoon and the ocean birds fly by. We even spotted a bald eagle one morning! We would rent this condo again.

We were traveling with a group of five other couples. All of us got separate one bedroom units at the Tennis Cub Villas. The units were appointed similarly, some had updated furniture and maybe were a tad larger (and a tad more per night). None of us golfed or played tennis. We rented bikes and did both bike rides and walks on the trails as well as the beach, which was a short walk away. Day trips to Charleston and Seaward Island worked for us. We had great weather. One downside was the TV. Not being familiar with ROKU was a challenge although TV was not what we traveled to Kiawah Island to do. A second was the location of the toilet to the shower glass. My wife and I are not big people, but found using the toilet was somewhat uncomfortable. It faced the shower and was uncomfortably close. Bigger people would definitely not have done well using the potty. Owner should consider turning the toilet. All in all it was a very good experience.
