Boa localização.
Talheres, vaso de papel higiênico do banheiro sem tampa . Os talheres, sem secador, sem ferro elétrico para passar roupa, enfim, precisa melhorar o material de uso , está um pouco desgastado.

Near a huge shopping center. Good as well.
People at reception, very kind.
The building seams to be quite old and is not in a very good shape.
At the apartment, cleanness and conservation are really bad. Even dead cockroach was found. Dead is better the alive, meanwhile.
The apartment is simple , no problem. But the appliances are overall old and showing high wear of use.
Some items are not acceptable. Curtains are rotten and stained. The air conditioning sounds too loud, works quite weakly and no temperature adjustments were possible. Power outlet near bed doesn't work at all. There is a safe out of order too.
I could tell you much more but this is the core.
