ElkPoint Unit 4 is a Beautiful 3 story Townhome located on the slopes right across from the main mountain village. ( We are 400 ft from the Purgatory Lodge Pool/Hot tub) Ski-in, Ski-out.. with The Most Beautiful Views. We are the end unit next to the Graduate Lift. Our townhome has a heated garage and is the only property with an extra long driveway. We can accommodate 3 vehicles. Our townhouse has quality furnishings and all the mattresses were purchased in 2021. In 2021, we also purchased a new washer and dryer and new Weber Gas grill for the deck. As you enter the home on the bottom floor, you will find a bedroom with Queen over Queen Bunks and a twin(memory foam) rollaway . The room has a very comfortable couch and chair, a TV, games and puzzles for the kids and a private bath. Up on the 2nd floor you will find the open living area and fully stocked kitchen with large floor to ceiling windows. Off the living room is a balcony with a Weber gas grill. The 1/2 bath and laundry with new washer and dryer are also on this level. The 2nd floor also includes the main master bedroom with King bed and dresser and night stands and 1 twin rollaway tucked in the closet. This room has a fireplace, private balcony and private bathroom with soaker jacuzzi tub and shower. On the 3rd floor, you will find 2 more bedrooms with King beds and 2 more full bathrooms. There is an additional twin rollaway tucked in one of the closets. The loft area is also on the level and includes a table and chairs as well as a full-sized Futon. Guests will have access to use the heated pool, hot tub, and work out center at the main Purgatory Lodge included with the club fee. Kids 12 and under Ski free!!!
