Staff committed to fixing the guest's problems.
Lack of a lift.

The room was clean and the cleaning ladies was nice and doing a great job.
The receptionist Rose was exceptional. She made our stay more pleasant
The fact that there’s no restaurant on site. Have to eat out even if you want to stay in and work.
Our flight back was for 6pm. The leaving time was at noon. We negotiated that they will allow us to stay till 6pm but the manager made us pay 1800 MRU (40€) for the extra time knowingly the day we came in was supposed to be at 11Am and we reach there past midnight.
