The Space:

Quiet Lake House in Winery by Tiny Away sits on a 41-acre property in Flowerdale, Victoria, featuring a picturesque lake, creek, mountains, and vineyard. This peaceful farm stay is just an hour's drive from Melbourne, passing through the quaint town of Whittlesea and the charming town of Kinglake, with convenient access to stunning natural attractions such as Kinglake National Park, Mount Sugarloaf, and Mason Falls.



This pet-friendly 190-square-foot tiny home featuring a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible single-bed couch on the ground floor. Enjoy easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushed toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



In addition, the tiny house is conveniently located just 100 meters from the main house, 200 meters from the second farm stay, and 200 meters from the lake.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the host's private residence. Here are Safety Guidelines for Guests with Children:



- Please supervise children on the steep loft stairs.

- Guests with infants should bring a portable travel cot.

- We advised guests to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe stay.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet Lake House In Winery by Tiny Away sits in the rural locality of the Shire of Murrindindi- Flowerdale, just 27 minutes away from Whittlesea, Victoria. To our left, there is a horse farm, and to the opposite side, an Angus Cattle farm.



You can also explore the town of Kinglake, which has a lot of interesting attractions such as Kinglake National Park, Mount Sugarloaf, and Mason Falls.

Nearest town: Yea, Victoria - about 19 mins (24.3 km)

Other Things to Note:

- No smoking allowed on the property

- We have a farm dog on our property

- Mobile reception is good inside the tiny house

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Outdoor firepit and BBQ grill is available for guests-use

- No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits during a total fire ban

- You can get your firewood by gathering them from the forest

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



NOTICE TO ALL FURPARENTS:



- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Safety Guidelines for Snake Season



- Please follow the guidelines below to avoid snake bites

- Stay vigilant during the spring and summer as snakes may be present in the area.

- We recommend wearing long, loose-fitting pants and closed-toe shoes, such as boots or sneakers, while exploring the property.



Important note:



- Please note that some areas are shared, like the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.

- When entering and leaving the property, remember to shut the gates properly

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
