The lounge area with view of Mt Fuji. Would have liked coffee/tea making facilities and some alcohol/non-alcohol drinks available.

眺めの良い露天温泉が最高でした。部屋からの景色も良かったです。個室温泉付きのプランだったので、部屋に帰っても温泉に入れたのも嬉しかったです。土日でしたか温泉や食堂も空いてたので快適でした。
個室温泉の温泉が出る部分を使えるようにしてくれると嬉しいです。(蛇口から温泉が出るので使用に問題はありませんが、見た目的な気持ちよさが違います。)

The place is more spacious than we expected which is very good. The view to the lake is stunning. The property is clean and Jin was always there to help us out.
This is only an issue if you don't have a car because there are no closer restaurant, groceries and convenient store. But the property offers to shuttle you to these places.

かなりリーズナブルに利用させてもらったと思います。
チェックインが遅くなり、辺りが暗かったので、本館の場所が分かりづらかったところです。
