On the ground floor, a vast bright living area consisting of a comfortable lounge (three sofas, coffee table, television) opening directly onto the terrace through two French doors.

A large dining table that can accommodate 8 guests. The separate kitchen, fully equipped (4-burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter and pod coffee makers, kettle) has a dining area and offers direct access to the terrace as well as to the laundry room (fridge-freezer, washing machine, clothes rack).

A first bedroom on the ground floor equipped with a double bed (140 cm) with desk, accompanied by a bathroom (shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail) and an independent toilet.



On the upper floor, the night space consists of four bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: A very large bedroom of 45 m² equipped with a double bed (160 cm).

Bedrooms 3 & 4: Two individual bedrooms each equipped with a single bed (90 cm) and storage/wardrobes.

Bedroom 5: A cosy bedroom equipped with a sofa bed type double bed (140 cm).

A large family bathroom with double sink and bathtub, as well as an independent toilet.



The vast 2,000 m² garden offers a true playground and relaxation area. The terrace is fully equipped with garden tables, sun loungers and a barbecue for your summer grilling.



Local life and must-do activities:

Just 450 metres away, reach the coves, beach and the famous GR34 for invigorating hikes by the water's edge. Enjoy water sports (paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing) available in the abers.

The village of Lampaul-Plouarzel is quickly accessible for shopping (bakery, Thursday morning market) or sharing a friendly meal in the local crêperies and restaurants.

Explore Lanildut port, Corsen point (the westernmost point of mainland France), set off on a zodiac to discover marine fauna and flora or plan an escape to the islands of Ouessant and Molène from Le Conquet just a few kilometres away.
