Located in Port Aransas, this attractive condo for $189 per night is a great option for your next trip. AH-C209, The Shipyard, Newly Remodeled, 2nd Floor Condo, Shared Pool/Hot Tub, Near Marina The Shipyard is a newly remodeled 2nd story condo with a Nautical and beachscape theme and a color pallet of ocean and sand throughout. Upon entering the large living area is a tan couch, blue metal frame futon couch, and green accent armchair. All have plush, overstuffed pillows. The futon doubles as a sleeper. There is ample room for watching the wall-mounted TV with cable or just relaxing. Prepare meals in the open kitchen with spacious granite countertops, crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a regular coffee maker, a toaster, and a toaster oven also stocked with dishes, basic cookware, and utensils for your culinary needs. The adjacent, round dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a fun game of cards. There is additional seating for two at the bar. Take pleasure in sipping your morning coffee while sitting on the private balcony that faces the ship channel. The guest room (BR1) is in shades of blue and green and is furnished with a Twin over Full bunk bed, Twin daybed with a Twin pull trundle, a nightstand, a wall-mounted TV, hooks on the wall for lightweight jackets and/or bags and a closet for hanging up clothes. The full-hall bathroom has a large vanity with plenty of space for your toiletries and a tub/shower. For your convenience, the laundry room is located at the end of the hall with a full-size washer, dryer, and cabinet space for your detergent and cleaners. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR2), decorated in shades of green and tan, comprised of a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and TV. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower which is separated from the expansive vanity so more than one person can use the area at once. There is a private secondary access to the laundry room from the master bathroom. Aransas Harbors Amenity Access and Important Information: •Large shared pool & hot tub •Shared charcoal grills located by the pool •Boat parking (first come, first served basis) •Sport court with tennis/ pickleball/ basketball court/ corn hole (equipment available for use next to court) •Rinse station located by front office •Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. My family have stayed at this property (not the same condo) several times before and have always enjoyed our stay except this trip. The minute we arrived we encountered issue after issue. Not only was the condo not cleaned properly but there was a foul odor coming from the refrigerator, there was a crack in the flooring that my daughter scraped her foot on, the futon was completely broken and dangerous to use, there was a puddle of water in the dryer and we couldn’t use it until someone came out to look at it. When getting ready for bed the master bed had ants all inside the sheets, on the comforter, coming up from the footboard and on the pillows, the tv wouldn’t work as there was no batteries in the remotes, under one of the beds there was crackers and tons of crumbs underneath it. The sheets and pillow cases looked dirty as did the towels. The bunk beds were so loud when sleeping on them, you couldn’t move without waking someone up and we couldn’t use the futon as it was broken. We spent a majority of our vacation having to reach out to the property about all these issues that it really put a damper on things. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, perfectly located, a great size for my spouse and I and 4 teenagers, and check in and check out were both effortless. Communication was great. We’ll definitely stay here again!

They place was nicely decorated. Had full Kitchen items. It was in a good area too. Master bedroom bed was dirty. We had to wash bedding before we went to bed on first night. Floors in dining and kitchen were dirty.

It matched the photos, the AC worked great. Some minor loose things like a shower head not secured in the wall, etc. Very clean and cozy, just a few minutes drive to the beach, close to pretty much anything you would need or want to do. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a spectacular time at your property! We were able to cook and enjoy family and played games! Nice quality time! We felt at home with the cleanliness and it was quite spacious! Great location close to all the shops and restaurants and esp the beach! We had some happy little girls! We will definitely be back and it has now become our favorite place to stay! Pros: very clean; comfortable beds, 3 large functioning smart TVs, great location, renovated and modern cozy feel (granite counter, new flooring, New appliances), quiet and safe. Cons: hot water did not last long enough (only half a bathtub full for the kiddos, then it was cold), heat instantly set off fire alarm and scared my kids, and we really needed a Broom to sweep crumbled up after snacks and meals (kids are mess). Also there were 2 brown stains on king quilt, and futon cover when we arrived.

We enjoyed our stay here and intend to come back to this condo. The space is super cozy, clean, and happy. The bed was comfy and the living room had great seating for our whole family to gather in the evening. The location is quiet and we didn't have any traffic noise or crazy golf cart party goers. It was one of our most pleasant stays in Port Aransas.

We loved the unit we stayed in! It was just like the pictures showed. There was enough space for everyone so we weren’t all crowded together and just a short drive to the beach. The rental manager was easy to communicate with and replied quickly to all questions. I enjoyed Port Aransas and will be back again.

My husband & i took our 8yr old daughter & two granddaughters 8 &11 for a little vacation before starting back to school. We had an amazing time! Check in & check out was super easy no stress. The condo was soo great! Spacious & adorable, a home away from home for sure! We plan on making this a yearly trip! Only thing we should have done was rent a cart to get around on. Neat year for sure!
