Localização excelente, hotel fica no centro de São Sebastião, com fácil acesso a restaurantes e comércios da região.
Ficamos no quarto N. 01, todos os dias acordamos por volta das 7h com o barulho da área do café. Para quem busca descansar e dormir até mais tarde, é um ponto negativo. O café da manhã é básico.

Beautifully renovated old house. Beautiful garden - however rather cramped.
Located in the historic center.

Breakfast ok.
Uncomfortable room on the ground floor. No air circulation possible (especially at night) - only if door or window is open. However then there is no privacy because everone passing by can look inside the room.
Ventiduct of bathroom connected to other bathrooms, so literally every noise could be heard from other bathrooms.
