There is basically no staff, we had to check in on-line and got a code for the door. Still they were quick to respond to my request in e-mail and arranged for me what I asked for. The room was clean and minimalistic but there was enough space for 2 persons. It had a nice bathroom and some basic kitchen appliances.
The area behind the hotel is not very well maintained and is not pleasant to look at. Also there are some big screws sticking out of the ground in the front that are a bit dangerous if you don't pay attention. It looks like they didn't completely finish the construction.
