Very good location close to pacific mall and SM Mall. Very close to highway and transport.
Good kitchen with plenty of equipment.
Good wifi and access to netflix

Decent rooms that is commensurate with the Price. Can't complain as it does provide you a comfortable place to stay in. I rented this to attend a bicycle race nearby.
The toilet was initially clogged but the host was able to fix it.

Host was lovely, shower amazing hot when you wanted it to be. Nice to have a little kitchen to prepare food. Easy walk to Robinsons and Sari Sari store at reception. Really quiet at night. I’ll be back.
