About this cottage rental
New cottage, located in a quiet environment with a view of the mountain landscape, at an altitude of 600 meters. The interior is functional and well equipped. You will appreciate the proximity of the forest and the trails for lovely walks. 10 km from Gérardmer, the Pearl of the Vosges, renowned for its lake and its La Mauselaine ski area. For your holidays with family or friends, the two cottages can be rented together, for a capacity of 12 people. Cottage with independent entrance. Ground floor and 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, baby bed). Kitchen open to living room. Bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets. Terrace. Land. Small closed outdoor storage room. Charges not included, electric heating, beyond 8 kw included/day, on meter reading according to consumption (estimate of €5 to €40/week depending on season). Mandatory cleaning fee for rentals to professionals (companies) at 60€. OPTIONS: sheets 8€ per bed, towels 8€ per person, cleaning at 60 €. Adjoining another gîte for 6 people n°H88G002277.

Heerlijk huis, eenvoudig maar doeltreffend ingericht. Bed was wat klein voor lange mensen. Prachtig uitzicht, rustige omgeving.
