Great location and nice there were equal rooms and bathrooms for all of the guests. There were plenty of markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby and a family friendly neighborhood. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and provided a person on-site to assist. Although it was difficult to converse with her as she spoke Spanish and French and we were limited to English and some Spanish and French. Definitely would stay again should we travel to Paris.Thank you Jean Philippe for your hospitality.

We spent spring break in Jean's lovely home with our children and grandchildren. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Jean was very easy to contact and his housekeeper met us on check-in to make sure we knew how to operate everything in the home. We managed to figure it out between her spanish/french and our little bit of the languages too. The home was easily accessible to the metro, to a boulangerie, to a park and to several fun places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Jean!

Myself, my husband, and my 3 teenage sons lived in this lovely house for 2 months this summer. It was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with the neighborhood and felt right at home. The host, Jean, was so kind and made us feel very welcome. We loved the artworks and interior design. It was very well appointed and very peaceful.
