The Good: A Pristine Environment
Visually, this property is a 10/10. It is clear that the management invests heavily in the physical upkeep of the grounds. The landscaping is manicured, the common areas are spotless, and the overall aesthetic is modern and inviting. If you are looking for a place that looks great in photos, this is it.
The Bad: Glacial Service
Unfortunately, the beauty of the architecture is completely overshadowed by the extraordinarily slow service. Whether it was a simple request for extra towels, a maintenance ticket, or a query at the front desk, everything took multiple follow-ups and hours (sometimes days) to resolve. There seems to be a massive disconnect between the "luxury" look of the place and the actual operational efficiency.
The Ugly: Staff Attitude
The most disappointing aspect, however, is the staff. There is a palpable sense of condescension and indifference from the moment you check in. Instead of being greeted with hospitality, we were met with eye-rolls and short, clipped answers.
• Lack of Accountability: When we raised concerns about the delays, the staff acted as if we were inconveniencing them.
• Unprofessionalism: There is a distinct "attitude" problem across the board—from the front desk to the floor managers. It feels as though they believe the beauty of the property excuses their lack of basic manners.
Final Verdict
A well-maintained building is nothing without a team that cares about the people inside it. Unless you have the patience of a saint and don't mind being treated like an intruder rather than a guest, I cannot recommend staying here. Pros: Excellent maintenance, beautiful grounds.
Cons: Rude staff, arrogant management, agonizingly slow service.
