The property was good, and had all the amenities as mentioned in the booking. The villas were good and comfortable. Another good part was the proximity to the airport.

The resort is pretty for sure. The breakfast was good too.

The cottage room which they call super luxury is not luxury at all. Its like a tent only with tent cloth which is dirty. Due to the same there is no noise cancellation. You can hear other guests voice from your room which is very annoying and disturbing. The whole cottage shakes with the tiniest movement in the cottage. Too far from the main city as well

The resort was clean and hygienic.

Firstly, there is no connectivity with the main city. I had specifically asked about location and was informed that the locations is near to visiting spots. As a first time visitor to the city, it was not only a challenging task to find public transport to travel but also we had to spend unnecessarily on autos to reach the off beat location. There is no cab service available nearby the resort. So no point in booking cabs. There is no auto service available to travel to and from from the city. We skipped entire day to stay at the resort because we could not come back to rest after. Morning aarti owing to no transport and charges. Despite knowing this issue, the resort has high charges for providing cab service, even till main city which is around 8 km! The resort provided cab at ₹2000/- for merely taking us to the temple and drop. Secondly, the camp we were given was not clean. The carpet or rug underneath was full of dust. There was a rug In the name of bathroom carpet. The tent cover is dirty white/grey. The camp's entrance is a zip lock which was extremely difficult to close again and again due to jammed zippers at corners. Atleast a door should be provided for the camps for easier movement in and out. Especially for elderly people who cannot bend again and again. Thirdly the lighting in the tent is simply a yellow bulb which is depressing and is not sufficient in daylight for any work at all. Atleast resort should invest in proper lighting in the tenta with elderly people. People come here for a good experience by paying hard earned money. The resort gym facility was shut since morning, the pool area was closed off. Then why were we given impression of the facilities are available. Simple disappointing and wastage of money to visit the place.
