Уютные чистые апартаменты на первом этаже.
Озеро недалеко, удобно идти
Множество пешеходных дорожек!
Вкуснейшая пицца неподалеку, потрясающие виды, дружелюбный хозяин и вкуснейший кофе!
Понравилось все очень очень!
Апартаменты как на фото, кровать можно было чуть шире, но спали мы все равно с комфортом.
Поезда не тревожили .

Super toll gelegen, geräumige und moderne Unterkunft und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 3min vom Strand entfernt und trotzdem super ruhig und malerisch:)

We liked how close the apartment was to the lake, literally a couple minutes walk. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was spacious, very clean and cosy. The views from the apartment are gorgeous, you really get a good view of the lake. Dervio is quiet and peaceful,there is a local supermarket 10 minute walk and a great kebab restaurant near by which were reasonably priced and close, but there isn't a great deal there, we took trips to Bellagio and Varenna.
Unfortunately, whoever was staying upstairs above us was very loud, there was lots of banging, especially in the early hours of the morning. Also, you're unable to adjust the heating in the apartment and if you do you have to pay.
