The location was great! We loved being in such an old historic building and loved the front deck with a beautiful view and swinging chair. Nice to have a kitchen and the coffee machine was great! The main bed was comfortable.

It smelled very old although that can't be helped I suppose. When we opened the sofa bed it was quite dirty (probably hadn't been opened for a long time so dirt filtered down) but we got replacement sheets and made the bed up ourselves. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Minor issue was only 2 old looking herbal teas, no black tea options.

had to use space heaters on as cold night- however the space heaters worked well.

there wasn't a breakfast, just tea or coffee

it would have been nice to know you had to walk up 2 steep flights of stairs to get to the 2nd floor where our room was.
