Great facilities, comfy beds, handy kitchen and laundry facilities; everything was tidy and well-cleaned. Having two bathrooms was very helpful for our group (taking part in a sports tournament) to quickly get washed up after a day of play. Nice quiet location made for a pleasant and relaxing evening of recuperation, while still being very close to the sports venue (only ~3 minutes drive). Access on arrival was very straightforward.
WiFi reliability was good if you were in range, but the range was a bit limited. For example, bedrooms in the front of the house (I slept in the 2x single beds room) got no WiFi signal there. Most likely a limitation of the ISP-provided router used; something like a mesh network, a repeater or WiFi APs could do wonders to address this.
