Nestled in Music Row, this lovely house for $166 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This spacious townhouse suite is located in Nashville's historic Music Row District and is within walking distance of Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. It comfortably fits up to 6 people and is perfect for college visits, business trips, family getaways, and more! The Space The keyless entry leads you into a spacious living room with a TV, a half bathroom, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, a Keurig, dishes, cookware, silverware, and an island with barstools. The upper level has 2 comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. The second bedroom with two beds also has a desk you are welcome to use during your stay. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer with laundry detergent. This unit was recently redecorated! If booked before December 2023, photos may now look a bit different. Please reach out with any questions. The townhouse suite is Unit #3 of 4 units in the building. Guest Access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay. You will also have one (free) parking space to use for the duration of your stay, and there is additional street parking available. Other Details to Note: → Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm. → This unit was recently redecorated. If booked before December 2023, photos may now look a bit different. Specifically note, there is no longer a recliner. → No pets → No smoking → No parties or events → Once booked, we will send you further info about the property and the check-in process. Great place to stay. Clean quiet at night. Walking distance to lots of fun places. Will stay there again.

The place was great. There’s 2 double beds in one room and a queen in the other room. Close to Midtown and Gulch area. Short $8 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway! Owner was very accommodating and delivered dishwasher soap when we were out!

We were in town for our daughter’s orientation at Belmont University. Location is just a few blocks from BU and Vandy. Unit was clean and comfortable. Lots of towels! Beds were comfortable. Good place to relax between various events. Parking is very convenient. While we did not use the kitchen, we did not that it was very well stocked. Hope to stay here again on our return trips to Nashville.

This place was awesome! It was close to every part of Nashville we wanted to go to, decorated perfectly, and overall a nice house. The company Urban Nashville was great with communication and direction. I would definitely recommend this company and house!
