Needs to do better

Reception staff, bar staff and concierge very polite and helpful. Position good.

Our rooms were shabby, poorly appointed and in need of renovation. Also nobody came to make our rooms up during the two night stay which was disappointing to come back to after long days out sightseeing.

Explore Fort Worth

Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, bathrooms sensational.

Arrived when computers were out, totally ignored for 10 mins then asked to sit and wait Finally checked in, room and facilities were fabulous Asked specifically about GF options at the included breakfast explaining I was Coeliac and was told , all good we have plenty of options. I arrived for breakfast to be told, nothing was safe, a banana or apple only. I'd have bought something to have if they'd told me this earlier. Eventually they found a GF waffle mix which I had and it was fine but I was really disappointed in this day and age that hotel staff don't understand the issues of travelling with coeliac disease. Little way from restaurants etc and we had major building work next door so access was limited too.

Reserved room using Bookings.com literally 10 minutes prior to check in. Once at reservation counter, staff alerted me that there were no vacancies and that my reservation was actually for the following night. (Apparently, because there weren’t any vacancies for the night I wanted to stay, Bookings.com calendar automatically advanced to the next available date w/o alerting me to change). I contacted both Bookings.com and Hutton hotel directly of mishap immediately and was initially comforted that charges would be reversed. However, I was later informed (via email) that it was up to the discretion of Hutton whether or not to refund charges. I disputed charges with both Hotel and bank, but was still ultimately charged $270.25 even though we never stayed at hotel and (as stated earlier), informed staff immediately of mishap. Not at all happy with Hutton customer service and will not recommend to friends or family.

Beautiful, comfortable, perfect!

Everything from check in to departure. Plenty of helpful staff. Beds were insanely comfortable. And the fresh flowers in the lobby were icing on the cake!

There is nothing that we didn’t like.

Not Perfect, but We'd go Back!

Lobby, staff, live music in lobby, music venue, bed, location (once we figured out what was around us) food in restaurant, smell of lobby was fantastic, free water!. And to be clear things like over charges, issues with staff, restaurant not open (all from other reviews) did not exist, all of that was pretty great.

I provide this with the understanding that we'd definitely go back to the Hutton but near perfection can be had - toilet issues, would not flush twice (but fixed promptly), had suite, AC in bed room was wanting,, valves for shower and sinks were tricky to find the right temp, restaurant was great but it and bar not open late enough, no mart to buy snacks, drinks

Surprise parking is not included disappointed

Parking...... I was surprised that parking was not included as this was not communicated at booking, so paying another 50.00 really left a bad impression. Won't stay again.

Relaxing

Everyone was great

Everything was great except the morning we checked out. There was no coffee pot and the First Lady we talked to never did anything to obtain one. We had to call back 2 hours later

It was a pleasant base for our stay in Nashville.

Modern , easy access , good ambiance. Clean and spacious rooms.

Was a good 25 min walk from centre . They charged my card , 100$ per night and the refund is not immediate , can take up to 7 working days . As I didn’t owe them anything bar the parking I felt this was unnecessary .

Everything was very nice, clean, and comfortable. They have great amenities if that’s what you’re looking for. We enjoyed our complimentary drink at the bar with live music. All of the staff was so nice with every interaction!

Lovely hotel room and great pit stop hotel on the way to our final destination

It was very nice and clean. There was a lot of things to do just in the hotel. It was also very close to a lot of things

The staff was okay. They were not super friendly and acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking questions.

Location was great with a short walk/drive to the bars/nightlife of downtown Nashville without being in that area when ready to shut it down for the night.

Parking was a little pricey.

Complimentary guitar was a great perk

They offer complimentary use of a guitar and amp for the room, and that was a really nice perk. Our son loves to play guitar, and this was the highlight of our stay! The bathroom is very modern with great amenities, and there is a well-stocked and reasonably priced mini-bar in the room.

I couldn't believe how much on-site parking cost. I realize it's parking in the city, but this hotel is not on downtown Broadway...it's midtown. I was seriously surprised that there was no discount for parking when staying on-site. It was cheaper for us to park when we went downtown, and we were there during CMA fest! We have been city travelers for years, and I have come to expect these prices in New York or other big cities, but I don't think it's appropriate for this area of Nashville. One other thing (and this isn't the fault of the hotel...it's because I didn't know the city at all). This hotel is near Music Row, which is NOT where the action is. Music Row is interesting to walk, because there's a lot of history there, but it's a bunch of recording studios, many of which you cannot visit. We thought we were going to be closer to more live music, etc. So if you haven't been to Nashville before, do know that you're staying in a quieter area of the city. Hattie B's just a couple of blocks away, and Parlor Doughnuts is only one block away, so there are places to eat, but if you're looking for Honky Tonks and all that, you've got about a mile walk, just FYI.

Wasn’t walking distance to Broadway entertainment area and required Uber (wasn’t a major problem as it was reflected in the room rate).

It was comfortable, clean, and all we needed to get a good nights sleep after a long day around town.

It was located right in the middle of all the activities we wanted to do, from downtown Broadway, The Parthenon, to 12 South and more. Also, you can tell thought is being put into the property. It’s super eclectic, the bar right outside the elevator is fantastic, and the daily presence of a musician was a neat experience. The Analog on the second floor was really unique; it was a differentiator for sure.

The AC unit in our room kept going on and off throughout the night, which in my opinion means the temperature was controlled or maintained very well. It wasn’t uncomfortable when in a deep sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper like myself, it’ll keep you up. Also, the restaurant not being open was a bummer. We heard it’s been over a year, since it started getting worked on.

it was simply amazing. it’s in a great location and feels welcoming.

this is being nit picky because I had an fantastic stay. I was not excited about the rain shower but once I noticed a shower cap was provided it was fine the pressure wasn’t so great but still did the job.

lovely lounge area and live music, beds were really comfy and the shower was great. I loved the gowns and slippers too.
