Location was great walking distance to Broadway , neighborhood was safe .

Pool should be open earlier than 11 am .

Perfect location for midtown and downtown, staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Pool area lovely.

Only negative was our room wasn’t ready on arrival until 5pm which left us short on time to get ready for a 5.30 pick up.

We have stayed in many great places, but this experience will long be remembered. Fantastic facility, wonderful staff and located perfectly to the Broadway excitement. Will return some day.

We planned a staycation at the Virgin because I had been there for a conference and thought it was a nice hotel. VERY disappointed that we did not know they opened up the pool for day passes and it wasn't reserved for hotel guests. When we arrived Saturday afternoon to use the pool it was SO crowded and full that we didn't even want to use it. Sunday AM it was open to hotel guests at 8 am. which we took advantage of. But they kicked us off the daybeds 25 minutes before the pool was to open to the public. Have never had such a bad experience at a hotel pool and I travel a lot. I will not be coming back to this hotel and it seemed like they prioritized the day pass holders instead of the people who spent money on a real hotel room. Not a good practice.
