Great trip for business. Room clean, front desk & valet friendly. Ice maker on my floor was broken, Unable to visit another floor for security (elevator only lets you goto your floor (not a bad thing). They did deliver ice from the kitchen. Restaurant was not open for breakfast or lunch. Room service was just ok. Would visit again

Hutton Hotel has so much to offer from the welcoming staff & lobby to the restaurant & live performance theatre! Devonte was so incredibly helpful with all of our questions...thank you & highly recommend!!!

This hotel has a fabulous mcm vibe. The decor is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again.
The showers could be improved as the rainshower directly from the middle of the shower ceiling was less than ideal, with very little water pressure.
We were here for a weekend event “The Globetrot” put on by Allen Stone. It was so much fun! The Analog music venue in this hotel is top notch with nightly live music. Could not have asked for a better weekend.

Nothing was complimentary. Had to pay for everything and even had to leave a key card in the room on the wall so your power would stay on. We got locked out so we had to go get new key cards. If we had been able to have our second key card with my fiance, we could’ve gotten back in.

I originally booked a king bed room and received a room with two queen beds upon check in. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was very polite and said I did not mind the two queen beds, but since those rooms are cheaper I would just like the difference to be returned to my card. I was not given that option and instead was moved to a room with a king bed. However, I would not be able to move rooms until the next day at 3pm instead of right away, giving me less than 24 hours in that new room. The second room was out of tissues, some staining on the bathroom wall, and the shelf in the shower had screws falling out and missing. Both mine and my partners cards were charged for different amounts for unknown reasons. When I brought this up to the staff, they originally told me they could not do anything since I booked on the hotels.com app (I’ve never had this issue with any other hotel booked with this app), and then told me that it would be refunded (it has not). It’s been 4 days since I brought this issue to attention and have had little to no response and still have a large and unknown charge to my card, also with little sense of urgency. It has been very difficult and upsetting trying to get this resolved, and overall I did not have a good experience despite me being very understanding and patient.

Property was well designed. However, I booked a ‘premium’ room that was supposed to have skyline views and be above the 11th floor. Unfortunately, they are doing a ‘refresh’ and my room had the size but not these things. The staff didn’t seem like it was a big deal and blew it off, and while true, it’s advertised this way on their website and Expedia and costs more.
Housekeeping was inconsistent and you had to wait on hold for over 5 minutes to ask for fresh towels or other amenities that were not refreshed.
Housekeeping also tried to enter the room even though my privacy light was on. Rooms could be cleaner.

The main issue I had with the room was the translucent glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom. I am very light sensitive. As soon as my husband got up to shower & turned on the bathroom lights it woke me up as though a flashlight was aimed at my face. I don’t understand why a hotel sets up the bathroom that way as I’m sure some people do choose to sleep while their partner uses the bathroom. Also it took an inordinate amount of time to get the water in the sink to get hot. I hate to waste water. The shower temp was also more difficult to regulate than need be.

We had three guest and one bed. The website I had seen had a pullout in picture but when we got there it only had a chair. We talked to Travis and he got it fixed right away. As well as housekeeping came and asked if we needed anything. Great hotel. The only bad thing is it cost over 60 for parking after paying over 300 dollars for a hotel room.

Property was very clean and updated! Only complaint is the air conditioner and the tapping sounds it made everytime it turned on. Some night I could not sleep cause of this. Other than that, my stay was delightful.

Beautiful lobby area, rooms are modern but there was weird water leaking over our front door. Paint was bubbling up, just seemed like it could be kept in nicer conditions. We stayed her for our 5 year anniversary, paid more than we would normally for a hotel stay. Did not have any warm or hot water for our showers. We tried for hours to see if it was fixed, we called the front desk and they said their engineers were working on it. Since we had just traveled we desperately wanted a hot shower, ended up both having to take a freezing cold shower, not the anniversary night we had in mind for a special boutique hotel experience. There was no mention of a discount or any accommodate to attempt to make up this experience. We asked what the plan was at the front desk the following night and they couldn't have cared less and just said they would write it down and give it to their shift supervisor. We have not been contacted at all. Just an incredibly disappointing stay.

This is one of my favorite properties in Nashville but they need to clean and paint. There are stains in the hall and in on the walls and celling in the room.

Disappointed the hotel would not take cash, parking was too expensive, disappointed there was no vending machines, there was no pool and was not that impressed with the food. For the price I would think the amenities should of been more to offer.
