Čistota, moderní vybavení, velmi klidná lokalita. V parném létě nás rušily jen kostelní zvony. Možnost parkování ve dvoře, venkovní posezení.

Beautiful place! We chose this house a bit randomly since we needed a luxury stay but affordable and this house is the best combination. We visited in February and it was snowy. The house has confortable private parking space, a large yard and a beautiful small garden pond with fish! The kids loved playing outside! The house is really big, i can easyly accomodate 6 people (family). It was very clean and quiet. Ingore the other comment that says that you cannot sleep because of the heat pump noise or the public clock's bell. The house has really good insulation and soundproofing. We stayed for a week and cooked there and lived like home. I recomend having a rented car, dont think bus or train are options. We were half hour from Munich for siteseeing and half hour from the closest ski resort. The alps ski resorts are around 1.30h away. Big bonus, you are only 20mins from Bad Tolz historical town which you must visit. Konigsdorf i think is a very safe and queit place, everybody had their belongings like skis, bikes etc outside of the house unlocked! We felt really safe! We met the onwner and his family last day and they are wonderful people!
