1. Excellent location if you are visiting Manipal (HAL Campus); very close and convenient. Uber auto fare to nearby places is usually ₹55–65.
2. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, with fresh bed sheets and regular housekeeping. Corridors and common areas are also well maintained.
3. Very helpful staff, especially Siddhesh, who promptly assisted us whenever we had a problem.
4. Udupi restaurant just downstairs – clean, economical, simple non-oily food; very convenient for longer stays without kitchen access.
5. Airport access: about 1 hr 15–30 mins depending on traffic; taxi fare approx. ₹900–950 to and from the airport.
There is hardly anything that we didn't like. Just that the hotel may be difficult to locate on maps under “Zip Lite.” Its older name is Sreenidhi/Srinidhi Residency, located above the Udupi café. And also, some renovation work is ongoing, with new rooms expected soon.

Washroom were not clean and their were no toiletries kept in room, bedspread and pillow were torn and old, rooms had punjent smell
