Take a 10 minute drive to historical Downtown St. Augustine, the Castillo San Marco, the Amphitheater, the Alligator Farm, the Light House, Anastasia State Park and multiple other tourist destinations. Stay in style & comfort in the perfect location. Make LunaSea Beach House your vacation destination! Guests stay on the ground floor of a clean, newly renovated beach-friendly home. The space is "beachy chic" with tile throughout and an open layout. The living area also opens onto a private, tropical backyard paradise. There are two bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, and a bonus area with a queen-sized futon and all are fitted with high-count cotton sheets. Guests have access to the ground floor, salt water pool, hot tub, covered BBQ grill, shaded outdoor tiki lounge, a hammock, sun loungers, pool toys and floats, a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a washer & dryer. If you're into peace and relaxation, this is the spot. The home is located in a safe, friendly, eclectic beach community. You can catch the "Sunshine Bus" (public transportation) on A1A, which is 1 block from LunaSea Beach House. There are 2 free on-site parking spots and a free parking area across the street. You can take a short Uber ride downtown or ask the owners where the best place to park for free is. St. Augustine is the nation’s oldest city and a top tourist destination any time of the year. There's spring break and summer vacation beach time, March through August. Fall and winter brings multiple festivals and the the "Nights of Lights" throughout the holiday season that runs from November to January. And of course our "Snowbird Season" in January and February where our neighbors to the north escape the most frigid weather for more temperate climates. We enjoyed our stay! Only thing we will do differently is maybe come visit during warmer weather! Lol. But even in the cold weather we were able to enjoy the local hot spots! Can't wait to come back again this summer!

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful, ultra clean, updated rental. Everything was so clean and organized. It’s perfect for couples or families. The owner was very responsive with any of our questions. She had so many amenities included, we had everything we needed to enjoy their beautiful property. The gardens, hot tub, and pool made the experience wonderful. We had a family of five, we fit perfectly! The location was so convenient, we easily walked to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, mini golf. A quick drive to downtown St. Aug.

This house is amazing, we absolutely loved it. It was clean and spacious for two families (total of 6 people) and the outside oasis is just beautiful. We had 4 kids ages 5-8 and it was so great to have an outside area they could occupy themselves with and the parents could just relax in the hot tub or under the lanai. The kids were in the pool any chance they could get. Laurel is a great host. She quickly answered all of our questions before the trip and when we were there she was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to and places to eat in the area. Speaking of which, the location of the house can’t be beat. It’s 2 short blocks to the beautiful beach and there are yummy restaurants you can walk to with in one block. We are already planning our next trip back and can’t wait to stay here again.

The property was clean and had everything you could need for the beach. My family really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Just a short walk to the beach. We had the best time. Thanks to the property manager, was there to answer any questions.

Such a beautiful little piece of paradise! Very clean,great access to beach and restaurants along the beach side,the pool and hot tub area is just about everything you need plus a great little "Zen" area to sit and read or get out of the sun for a bit...why leave..lol just bring your clothes and food everything else is there.Laurel is a wonderful host and very helpful,I highly recommend it to anyone for a amazing getaway

We will definitely come back. Back garden is really nice. Pool and hot tub plus a shady corner under a beautiful tree. Very clean and organized. Plus beach chairs and wagon for trips two blocks to beach. Lovely. Laurel is a wonderful host.

This is the perfect house to vacation at with your family. Private backyard, kids loved the pool! Loved washer and dryer in the house, no worries about overpacking. Everything was clean and beautiful and we felt comfortable. Great location!

The stay was amazing pictures just dont do this amazing home justice. Very clean, a true piece of paradise as soon as you walk in. Great stay at this house. Clean, Comfortable, nicely decorated. The heated tub /pool was a plus, we enjoyed using it after a day in town & the beach . So close to the beach and in a great quiet neighborhood. Steps to the beach & food places. Owners are very friendly, accommodating & provided great recommendations. Laurel is a text away. Would love to stay here again.

This is a nice place for 1 to 2 people for a few days. Very clean and comfortable place. Was not able to use the pool or hot tub due to weather but nice to have it all to ourselves. It would be nice to have a bigger coffee pot and a toaster oven for baking. No way to bake anything. We did relax under the tree on the pool deck until the neighbor came into his back yard and put his music on and smoked. Kind of ruined our quiet refuge. He also was revving an engine very loudly the next evening. I wanted a quiet, relaxed weekend but the neighbor put a damper on what could have been exactly what I needed.

The property is terrific! It has it's own pool and hot hub for your private use and it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host supplies a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. for your use at the beach. The owner responds to your requests almost immediately. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Of course the outside"Oasis" was initial draw! My husband takes care to make sure shade is available and the gorgeous, unique landscaping allows for shade as well as sun. Normally don't do laundry, but took advantage and did a load, then thrilled to see a drying rack. Not that there wasn't a perfectly fine dryer, which we used, but I use both at home. Water pressure in shower is awesome! Second to none! The decor you can tell Laurel is very talented, crafty and has great taste! We both enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the water was prefect! We look forward to returning next year and staying our entire vacation, rather than only 4 nights like this year. Thank you for everything Laurel

What an amazing little oasis! We traveled for a birthday trip and had such a wonderful and relaxing time - the pool area is just fantastic. They have everything you need and you are also convenient to restaurants and the beach Property manager is wonderful and communication was fantastic. This was a fabulous find. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach and be in historic downtown within 15 min by car! The property was so perfect. Very tropical. Home was clean, beds comfortable and pool and hot tub was wonderful! Will definitely come back when in St. Augustine!

We will book here again! Perfect little tropical oasis within a short walking distance to the beach, bars, shopping, and ice cream. Laurel was great to work with and very responsive. The place was immaculate. We loved waking up every morning to the relaxing sound of the pool waterfall. 10/10 highly recommend!!

The sweet escape was an excellent place to stay. We will definitely be back. The place was very clean and the owners were very helpful if we needed it. Just a few blocks from the beach so we enjoyed the beach during the day and then the pool when we cane back. It was perfect!!

This place is great! I went with my two kids (5&10) to visit friends. Laurel is incredibly down to earth and welcoming and she and her husband go above and beyond making sure you have a great stay. The apartment is clean and roomy and has all the amenities needed. And the outdoor space… the pool, hot tub, sitting area under the huge oak make it hard to want to go over to the beach ( but when you do they have you covered on that end as well with toys, chairs, etc.). If you get the chance, stay here!

This is definitely a hidden gem! It was a home away from home. Everything to the detail was provided in all areas. It is a very clean and comfortable home. We loved how kid friendly everything is. Our boys enjoyed the pool area with all the toys and games provided. I would 100% recommend staying here.
