The Space: In a city with so much to do and see, location matters when choosing a place to stay in New Orleans. At Bourbon Place you'll find the perfect home base for any business or leisure trip in the Big Easy. It's easy to fall in love with these apartments, which boast modern amenities (like a full kitchen!), historic architecture, and more space than a New Orleans hotel room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa.. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 5, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St. on a first come, first serve basis. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 934 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we’re here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don’t need us, we’ll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

The stay was as expected from other reviews. The front bedroom was quite noisy and the white sound machine helped some. The only trouble some thing was the bedroom tv's kept coming on all by themselves. Had to unplug them.

This place was great. Just steps from all the fun stuff, we loved it. Stayed for four nights and would stay again when we return. Staff was great with communication when we did a late check out. Highly recommend.

Unit was very nice . Updated and clean . Location was spot on if you want to stay in the French Quarters. The bedroom closest to the street had the sounds of the trolley car during the night . The other bedroom was very quite . Within walking distance of most attractions New Orleans is known for . Fun time.

The property is tidy, spacious, well appointed, and VERY well located in the heart of things. You must keep in mind it is effectively on Bourbon and Canal, which is the bullseye for convenience, but it comes with the noise volume you would expect -- especially for the street-facing bedroom. Still, the apartment appears to be about as sound proof as you could hope, and the white noise machines are a very nice touch to drown out the sounds of revelry and vehicular traffic. I had a bit of a snafu with the check-in process, but the Sextant staff were very friendly in resolving it. The in-apartment "concierge screen" was a very nice touch and made check-out an absolute breeze. About the worst thing I can say is the drain in the front bedroom was slow. You can tell I'm struggling to find any constructive criticism, everything was otherwise exactly as advertised!

The unit is very clean and is upgraded. I like the balcony the most. The location is fantastic. However, the area is not quiet as described. Probably because we stayed the week after Mardi Gras, the night we could hear drunk people yelling and garbage truck running by all night long. It if u to ou are looking for a place where you can experience the party city atmosphere, this is what you are looking for!

Everything about this property was amazing. It's primely located and aesthetically pleasing. From sipping hot cocoa on the balcony in the morning to strolling Bourbon St in the evening. Sextant was the perfect place to create memories to treasure for a lifetime.

Myself and 5 friends stayed at the Sextant for a 3 nights. The room was very comfortable and clean upon check-in. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Open floor plan from kitchen to living room was great for hanging out before going out. Location was a 2 minute walk from Bourbon Street just across Canal Rd. Very nice for a great price. 5 out of 5 stars and would stay again!

The Management was amazing! They have graciously accommodated a last-minute revision to my reservation due to Hurricane Delta without batting an eye, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and centrally located. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit New Orleans!

Perfect location to everything. Tour companies picked up at front door easily. Shopping and restaurants close. The unit is awesome. Beds are comfortable. Pretty quiet being so close to Bourbon St. I would stay here again for sure.
