Rooms are clean and upstairs room with balcony confortable

No pool or proper common areas to hang out in so difficult to socialise or chill except in your room.

Good location, nice staff, clean kitchen and clean in general

The noise from the street is very loud

Great location 5 min walk from the beach. Gym, restaurants and supermarket in the same street. Very friendly staff, they upgraded my room and helped me booking surf lessons and shuttles.

The location of the hotel was good, it was a short walk to the beach and to some restaurants.

When de first arrived, we could choose an ‘upgraded’ room, as they were not fully booked. This room was a bit more spacious, however the window was broken, the cleaning staff had clearly missed this. It got fixed fairly quickly. We asked someone at the reception if he could help us with booking the ferry, as this was all in Spanish, he did help us. But when we arrived at the ferry, they made us clear that the booking was for the other route… Luckily the ferry was not completely full, and we were able to board as planned. On the last evening the electricity was down in the hotel, when we asked about it, they said that ‘it happens, should be back up in a few minutes or hours’.. The next morning we were also not able to shower due to this outage they claimed was through the town, but the ice cream parlor below the hostel did have electricity.. we thought the situation could be handled a lot better.
