Perfect for a few days in Santa Teresa!

Perfect location and spacious rooms with a good airco. The communal garden is nice to chill and has a kitchen and an outdoor shower!

There was no private parking.

Would not stay here again

The location of the hotel was good, it was a short walk to the beach and to some restaurants.

When de first arrived, we could choose an ‘upgraded’ room, as they were not fully booked. This room was a bit more spacious, however the window was broken, the cleaning staff had clearly missed this. It got fixed fairly quickly. We asked someone at the reception if he could help us with booking the ferry, as this was all in Spanish, he did help us. But when we arrived at the ferry, they made us clear that the booking was for the other route… Luckily the ferry was not completely full, and we were able to board as planned. On the last evening the electricity was down in the hotel, when we asked about it, they said that ‘it happens, should be back up in a few minutes or hours’.. The next morning we were also not able to shower due to this outage they claimed was through the town, but the ice cream parlor below the hostel did have electricity.. we thought the situation could be handled a lot better.

Loads of noise, friendly staff, prime location.

Location, very friendly staff, good value as the price is cheap.

Extremely noisy room as it is on the main road with tons of loud motorcycles all day, and on top of that every afternoon they were remodeling the rooms nextdoor and drilling the walls making a nap very complicated.

We really had the best time here, the staff helped us with everything, which was very nice. The location is perfect, it

everything was very clean, there was much space to hang out or chill, cook, everything. the rooms were very clean and were also cleaned every day. the staff was very nice and would help us out with everything, also if we wanted to arrange something.

Great location, close to the beach, next to icecream store, gym, restaurants, still pretty quiet. Very relaxed atmosphere and incredibly nice and helpful staff (thank you Santi y Guadalupe!). rooms were nice, clean and spacious with nice bathrooms and comfy beds.

Convinient location. Good value for private room.

Location was great. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Room was nice with balcony. Staff was helpful. There is a shared kitchen and lounge area.

Easy going simple stay with convenient surrounding

The Staff was super kind and welcoming. The location is close to several bars, restaurants and cafes. A supermarket is also just around the corner. on the big balcony you can chill or dry your cloth. The big community area features a full equipped kitchen and a large fridge.

There is only cold lighting and on top of that it’s beaming from the ceiling. There are no nightstand lamps which makes everything less cozy.

wonderful stay, wonderful staff!

couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Santa Teresa. close to the access to the beach near my fave surf break in Santa Teresa, near Selina, Zeneidas, and La Lora. I also prefer staying here rather than a bit further down the street towards hermosa because the road is better and not so muddy. it’s also great location for shops and restaurants. a bit far from the restaurants and shops closer to Carmen but you can rent a bicycle or moto or ATV if need be. or just hitchhike or taxi. the staff were lovely! I really liked the people working in reception and the cleaning ladies were friendly and very accommodating. so pleased with my stay here in Point Break, would definitely recommend!

for the price, this place has absolutely no issues worth mentioning.

a shame

the communal areas and the balcony

our first room stunk of poo and when we asked the receptionist if she could swap our rooms she said she’s go and spray our room first to see if it helps. funnily enough, it helped for 5 minutes and once the air freshener left the room the smell came back. we were eventually given a new room which was better but still stains and marks on the bedding . staff could be quite rude at times

Beautiful place, nicely situated and very clean. Mostly quiet.

The first night of our arrival there was no water in our room and the reception was closed after 8 pm. So no shower, no washing hands and no toilet flush. The next morning they told us that they need to buy water so now they had, last night they didn't. And that is ok, because there is no water available in the village and all hotels there they have to buy it. Our problem was that they didnt inform us about it even though they knew. One day after, we wake up and our car was stuck in the road, workers had started to pave the little road in front of the hotel and they didnt let us move for a couple of hours. And again this can happen but a warning from the reception would be nice as to not park the car at this street the night before. Since we are doing a road trip, these 2 hours if it happened to be the following day would mean that we would have lost the ferry from paqueras. Luckily, it was a day we had planned for rest and we spent the morning at santa teresa. In general the hotel is a really nice one. We would like a little bit more effort from the reception. The water situation was unacceptable.

Very good

Everything was great. Cool people and great location.

Only problem was small amount of parking and we were there when they were doing great improvement. Yet construction was a small hindrance, but guys were very helpful to work around the guests.

We loved it! Even better as the place was quiet we were upgraded to a bigger room, or should I say apartment. It was fab top to bottom, staff are friendly and very helpful, everyone is smiling. what’s not to like. We definitely recommend this stay. Rooms are super clean, shower / bathroom is nice and spacious, shower is powerful and very warm. location is also good and easy to get to the beach. plenty of bars and shops nearby, and oh must not forgot the lovely cat, who was probably one of our highlights of the stay 💜
