The advertisement was pretty true to details, safe and secure. Just some things to keep in mind. Apparently there are two rooms that have an additional coded lock that was necessary to enter the room. This caused delay because we were not told this when checking in and had to come back down to the front desk not great when you are tired. Second lack of additional bedding . The pull out coach had the thinnest of blankets and we are from the Northeast so while while air-conditioning is necessary we don't want to freeze to death. More blankets please not just for the pull out. We asked for additional blankets down stairs to be given essentially a sheet and that was pulling teeth. Again additional blankets go a long way. Next the pool. There is something about rust spots in the pool that are just so unappealing to me. I don't know if I'm just being picky but it just always makes me question if it's rust or poop and it's not what you want to be thinking while in a pool. Next the business center printer was out of paper and the computer itself was not attaching to internet. Thankfully I had a laptop; unfortunately it took over an hour to print out a boarding pass because the printer took so long to print out. Something definitely something is wrong with how long it takes the printer to receive the data. Finally walls are way to thin and while in the business area I could hear everything going on in the room directly across from me it was hard not to blush when the occupants walked out. Unfortunately I had to print out the boarding passes otherwise I would have skedaddled to avoid that situation. The rooms were clean, had mostly everything we needed. If I could suggest having a small cooler occupants can use to take to the beach. I almost bought one at Walgreens to leave in the room for future guest but was afraid it would be taken out. The neighborhood was safe and really was a great to be in a decent area where you could get some rest. Honestly would have preferred South Beach and hustle and bustle where we spent most of our time it would have saved $400 in Uber fees for sure but was still cheaper than a Rental Car when adding parking and storage fees. Totally not the fault of management but barely used balcony because people were smoking pot on the balconies despite warnings and I couldn't have screen door open for breeze and fresh air because the smell would surely get in the room and I was not getting tagged with a fee.
