The choice is yours! The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property has an on-site gym and outdoor pool. PARKING: Daily parking with in and out 30.00 plus 15% tax= $34.50. Monthly parking is 300.00 plus 15% tax=$345.00. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. Please be advised to pay parking in advance. WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and TVs equipped with basic cable. High chairs, stair gates, and 1 pack-n-play crib, are provided upon request. AREA: The approximate unit size is 900 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property Conference room with phone/video conferencing technology available Private event room with TV, kitchen, and audio system On-site gym Pool Complimentary WiFi Concierge services The Neighborhood: Brickell Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Check in went soothe, each time I needed some the front desk guys were awesome. Valet parking was great Saturday-Monday, the others were coo just had to look for person each time. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend to others to rent out.

Sextant is very clean, convenient and spacious. It's like home away from home it had everything described, and the communication was hands on. Easy check in, the building smells amazing, friendly staff I will definitely stay here in the future.

Our stay was nice enough, but had I known certain things ahead of time I would not have booked here, so sharing my experience for reference. We are from the northeast and wanted a vacation where we could relax by the pool in the sun. This place is better as a homemade for someone wanting a lot of nightlife or that doesn't mind the noise. Pros: - very clean - spacious, as pictured - on-site staff were all very helpful and friendly - close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping Cons: - pool is not in the same building as the unit, it's across the street in the sister building - at least while we were there, the pool was in the shade the majority of the day - only about 2 hours where the sun wasn't behind neighboring buildings. - one of those neighboring buildings was under massive construction, so it was very loud (big trucks beeping and loud drilling all damn day), and construction dust was blowing into the pool area. - generally a loud neighborhood, close to highway - while off-site management staff were quick to respond and friendly, they weren't always helpful in actually addressing/solving a question/issue. Had we not paid such a premium I wouldn't complain so much, but since it's expensive I expected more.

The stay was great! The rooms were very clean and the host treated us well and responded in a timely manner. The only thing I would say that wasn't so great is the washing machine not working properly. Everything else was worth the stay.
