Everything is exceptional. All the basic necessities are available, location is in the centre and access to everything in walking distance, very clean, very helpful staffs and great value for money.

Great location, cozy, clean
The bathroom occasionally had a bad smell most likely caused by a return from the sewer air vent, problem which should be easily fixed. The extremely small spiraling staircase is ok for young people but for older guest, it would be dangerous.

The location was amazing, very clean and good services! Had everything u needed.
It dit not have airconditioning and with the very hot weather we had it would have been nice!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The property is centrally located and pet friendly.
The lack of communication with the property manager and the delays in responding to our messages, especially as there is no one personally available to assist us, made us initially suspect that it might be a scam. Fortunately, this was not the case, but the communication could definitely be smoother and more efficient.
There are also a few aspects of the room that could be improved, particularly the furnishings, as some of them are quite old and, in some cases, show signs of wear and tear.
