Nestled in Caldwell, this charming house for $99 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Everett Inn, a darling 800 sqft farmhouse style home located in the Historic Steunenberg District in downtown Caldwell, just 1 block from College of Idaho. Close FWY access 5 mins. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho. Our house accommodates 4 guests with a private bedroom that includes a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress and a queen sized air mattress that could be set up in the bedroom or the living room area. We also have a pack n play available on request. High speed internet included. There is a private driveway directly in front of the house, steps away from the front door that you have access to. Additional on street parking available. We are pet friendly but please be aware that our yard is not fully fenced. We have an additional pet fee of $10 per pet for each night of stay. Please mention that you have a pet (s) in your reservation message to us and we will modify the reservation price to reflect the pet fee. No more than two animals. We have a few additional house rules with pets. They must be well behaved or trained. Please keep your animals leashed when outside the cottage. Have them do their business on the grass and pick up after them. No pets on the furniture. No excessive noise. Animals left alone when you leave the cottage must be left in a kennel or crate. Thanks for making this a good experience for us. We love pets and would like to continue to offer this for our guests.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for your stay! They did a great job furnishing and decorating it! It is a separate unit and has it's own driveway and entrance. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We will definetly return next time we are in Idaho!

This is a really cute property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean and well-stocked. Monique is an excellent host; if you need anything or have any questions, she's quick to respond by text or email. I highly recommend this VRBO! And do try Flying M Coffee while you're in Caldwell (Monique's recommendation).

Monique was very good with communication. Place felt safe and quiet. Would’ve appreciated some thing to cancel out odor. There could be some upgrades with couch and rug. Otherwise it felt like it an acceptable place to stay. I appreciated some of the additional instructions that other VRBO‘s don’t include. Thanks, Monique.

This place is perfect if you are visiting family or relatives that don't have room for you. This is great for your own piece and quiet when needed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

The place was amazing! Very cozy feel and it was pretty quite! Loved having utilities and a tv with different streaming services to choose from. It was also nice having a clean place to stay and a wonderful property manager to work with. :)

Everything about this trip from booking, adding on a day all the way through my stay was fantastic. Monique and her husband are great people. Made my stay in Caldwell, Id. feel like home. I did one evening need to reach out to Monique because technology was being technology. I reached out through a text and she was very prompt in returning my text. Everything was cleared up quickly. Monique even reached out to see how my certification for my Level 2 CrossFit was going, so supportive! They were like having friends in my corner the whole time. The house is very clean, well decorated, all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were comfy. I slept better than I have in a long time. You will feel like you are at home, might not even want to leave. Thank you for a great stay!

My 18 year old daughter & I came for a little get away & to visit a college friend in Caldwell. My girl can be somewhat of a “particular” traveler but she gave this beautiful, little house the highest compliment…she wants to come back! The house is so darling! It is clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated, walking distance to the adorable downtown area, kitchen well equipped, A/C & fan that were lifesavers, excellent water pressure, easy check-in & out, and a friendly & helpful host. It would be a dream to be able to return!

This was my second time staying at Everett Inn. Once again, the accommodations were clean and ready as promised. The kitchen is well supplied & the towels were large & soft. Communication with the Host was quick and accurate. Thank you.
