Apartment was clean and cozy. Very good location for the purposes of our trip. Kitchen had everything needed and the tea and coffee were great.
A little small, but overall good use of the space.

Location of the property is excellent and everything works well in the apartment. The aircon and Bluetooth connection of the speakers in the room is very easy to use and we loved it. 2 doors down is an award-winning patisserie and we spoilt ourselves with freshly made croissants for breakfast every morning.
The washing machine is a shared facility located in a scary basement.

Love that it feels more like a hotel than an airbnb as the whole building are basically apartment units under the same company.
There is no receptionist, the access to the building is with a code that will be sent to you. But sometimes you can find their workers and ask them for help for example the storage room is actually a locker room for bags, so the availability is quite limited and one locker can only fit one big sized bag. So imagine if you’re travelling with your family. Better be quick to book the locker as soon as you can.

Cleanliness, tidiness and door codes worked properly and loved the luggage storage. Loved the speakers with Bluetooth and air conditioning worked nicely. Also loved the ability to charge light according to mood!
Lifts didn’t work
Had a lady with special needs and this was a major issue. This really should have been communicated. It affected our stay.
No windows or ventilation in the toilet room.
