Perfect for 3 people. Great location - walking distance to Notre Dame (25 mins) the Louvre (25 mins) and Pompidou (15 mins). Less than 100m to the metro, loads of nice cafes, patisseries and restaurants etc within 5 mins walk and city centre supermarkets. Had everything we needed. Really liked the vibe of that area of the city. Apartment itself was nice. Liked the fact the bedroom was split in 2, effectively forming 2 separate rooms. There was a sofa to sit on, a table to eat at, a fridge to store food and drinks and a decent shower. And the properly was really secure - 4 locked doors between the flat and the street!
It was really hot when we stayed. There was a fan but only one so only some of us were able to use it at night. But we had no other complaints.

It's not my first stay in Pied a Terre apartments. All of them have great design and location. Here as well, location is top! Comfortable beds and nice interior.
Not an issue, but in case you travel in a bigger group, take note that it is 2 bathrooms with showers, but 1 toilet :)

The best thing about the apartment is undoubtedly the location, in addition to the neighborhood where it is located, it is a few meters from the metro.
For the amount charged, having to guarantee a deposit of 600 euros is simply ridiculous, and the worst thing is that to guarantee this deposit we have to access a link and give our credit card details, ideal for being the target of a scam. In addition, we still have to pay around 12 euros for this service, it makes no sense.
I can't say that the apartment is bad but for the price charged they have to do more and better.
Isolation is not enough, it is possible to hear everything, both from the neighbors and from the street ; there is no air conditioning; the apartment needs several renovations , the main one is the floor in the living room which is made of wood that is in a pitiful and dangerous state.
Finally, what bothered me the most was seeing that the house has a door that connects to the other apartment and when I asked the landlord what that door was, the answer I received was silence.
Yes the door is locked but it's a direct passage between two different apartments and nobody guarantees me that it won't be opened without us knowing. And of course the lack of response from the landlord was not at all cordial or professional.
