Sleeps 9, this villa was designed for the perfect friends and family retreat -- enjoy 4 king en-suites, dreamy pool area, outdoor tiki bar, multiple lounge and balcony areas, tropical landscaping, and gorgeous expansive Caribbean views from every bedroom. Located up the green hillsides of the comfortable, and well-established neighborhood of Upper Carolina, villa guests enjoy fully paved roads, easy access, plenty of parking, and privacy gate. Welcome to your own private tropical paradise -- professionally landscaped grounds which include beautiful native flora and numerous tropical fruit plants such as lemon, mango, and plantains.
Dancing Dolphins Villa is just 5 minutes to the quaint village of Coral Bay and just 10 minutes from the first in the string of world-famous beaches within the Virgin Islands National Park along the north shore of St. John.
Near the main house entrance and covered parking, guests can enjoy a lovely 1400 square foot patio with loungers, wet bar, shaded sitting area, gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor table perfect for alfresco dining. After a day of beaching, sightseeing or shopping, the 'tiki bar' invites guests to relax with a cool drink and an occasional dip in the refreshing pool with the dolphin fountain bubbling in the background.
Entering the main level of the villa, guests are greeted by a large family dining table, great room with comfortable seating areas framed by full wall sliding glass doors that open to a full width deck overlooking gorgeous Coral Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen and an adjacent casual dining area completes the great room.
Bedroom #1 is on the main level, and Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are on the lower level. All bedrooms have spectacular views, AC, King beds, ensuite bathrooms, smart TV's and direct exterior balcony access.
Access to the lower level is on two sides of the house. One spiral stair case balcony side, and by a partially covered stone walkway between the driveway and main house. A interior gallery on the lower level connects the lower level bedrooms and is equipped with mini wet bar, ice machine, laundry and extra dressing space.

We loved Dancing Dolphins! The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious, well-appointed, clean, comfortable mattresses, and air conditioning worked great. Common areas were great for a group - 1 bedroom on the main floor so guests could have active mornings without bothering those in lower-level bedrooms, a very well-appointed kitchen, comfortable seating inside and on decks. Pool area great for 6 adults. The pool isn't big, but we didn't need a large one. The extra ice machine and bar area were wonderful, with plenty of shaded seating. House gets wonderful breezes and has a great view of Coral Bay and its surroundings. Very close to dinner in Coral Bay. We used Landlubbers for provisions delivered before our arrival - highly recommend this option. Groceries are harder to obtain on this side of the island. We were especially appreciative of the Tesla backup as we had a lot of outage time during the week we were there. Managers were highly communicative, and we really appreciated this. Check-in was great. House is private and quiet. Beach supplies, chairs, ice chests, and towels worked out great. Would absolutely stay again!

This villa was perfect for our family vacation, consisting of four couples. The house is laid out perfectly. Each room is set up as a suite allowing for plenty of privacy. Every room has access to a deck. There was a washer and dryer available. We had all the amenities that we needed, including towels beach, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers for the beac, as well as, bug spray and extra sunscreen. There’s even an outside bathroom, which makes it easy to shower off after a long day at the beach and get right in the pool. You can easily choose to spend a day at the house relaxing at the pool and hanging out on the patio. We typically don’t stay at the same villa each time inSt. John, but we would seriously consider rebooking this villa.

Wonderful setting for four couples! Amazing views from the deck and beautiful sunrises. Plenty of space to gather as well as spend a little quiet time separate from the group. Additional coffee pot and refrigerator on lower level was a plus too! The outdoor patio and pool were used often and perfect for a little sun and fun when you weren’t on the ocean or at a beach. Property Management was responsive in addressing any issues that come up. All around great trip!

This property is beautiful. The house was clean and roomy and had everything we needed to cook on the nights we came from beach. It is 30 minutes from Cruz Bay but the views you get here are phenomenal and you would not get those on beach level. Rob and Joy are extraordinary caretakers for this property. We were very impressed how well the property was maintained! We had issues with dish washer and it was fixed and dishes washed when we got back from beach. The pool is maintained daily so it is ready when we came home from the beach and can enjoy a dip with a beautiful view of Coral Bay. Great place to stay!Denise Howell
