Amazing location - conveniently near Napoli Centrale and garibaldi (the station that takes you to Vesuvius and Pompeii and Herculaneum) - air conditioned too - and came with a beautiful little balcony!!
The duvet of our bed was a little unclean - to be really picky it would have been perfect if the room had come with a tiny fridge for storing food but really the room was pretty great!

The main thing I liked about this place was its location. There were lots of shops and restaurants right outside your doorstep. It is right in the middle of all the action. No matter which way you walk there is so much to explore. With that being said, our room was still extremely quiet which was impressive with how lively the nightlife is here.
As well, most tourist attractions, the airport and the train station are all within a 10-15 minute taxi in different directions (which cost us €25-30 each way). So it’s really in the middle of everything.
I also found the staff to be extremely kind and welcoming.
Some things I didn’t like that are worth noting is that you have to pay in cash. They do notify you beforehand, however, I don’t like carrying that amount of cash on me. The conversion rate on the ATM here is extremely high, costing us $70 CAD more than it would have had we paid with card. Not that this is anyone’s fault, but it’s worth noting if you are considering staying here to save some money.
As well, the wifi is splotchy, only working about 50% of the time. The air conditioning isn’t the strongest but it does the job. The lobby and common areas are dark, dingy and a little desolate. The room was a little bare with a window that lets in very little sunlight as it opens to the wall of another building. There also aren’t any supplies like shampoo, soap, coffee, bottled water etc. offered. Or at least not that we noticed. Not that I expect these things but it’s just worth noting if you are staying here.
If you are just looking for a spot to sleep that is convenient, safe, and pleasant enough, then this place is perfect. If you are looking for something comfy and homey, this isn’t really that kind of spot. It just depends on what you are looking for!
