Hanalei Bay Villas #10 - Look no further - 'Paradise Found' So whether you are honeymooning or just looking for a very well deserved vacation you are always welcome at our “Hale” away from home. Our private and tranquil stand-alone 2 story house in Princeville at the Hanalei Bay Villas on the beautiful Garden Isle of Kauai will delight all of your senses! This is like living in a 'Bird House'. The views from the two lanais are spectacular. This is a 'Glimpse Into Paradise'. Drink your morning coffee taking in the mountain views and waterfalls of Bali Hai. Admire Hanalei Bay and check out the golfers putting on the world-famous Makai Golf Course hole #3 on the Ocean's Course. The only visitors you can expect are the many tropical birds and maybe a gecko or two! After breakfast take a short walk across the road down to “Hideaways Beach” one of the best kept secrets in all of Hawaii! Swim, sunbathe, snorkel or just check out the many surfers hanging ten. You may even see someone famous! Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa has cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans in the living, dining and kitchen area. With bamboo hardwood floors throughout, the villa has been furnished with Tommy Bahama Furniture, Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Kitchen aid Appliances, linens, dishes and island decorations, TV, DVD Player, an Electric Grill, and Free Wi-Fi. This villa also has a washer and dryer! The master bedroom with a comfy king size bed has its own bathroom with a newly renovated shower, floors, and countertops. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with its own newly renovated bathroom just a step into the hallway. Both bedrooms are on the lower floor each having access to the lower lanai with the same gorgeous views as the upper lanai. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom that keep you nice and cool. Our “Hale” is right next door (but not too close) to the five star 1Hotel Hanalei Bay with a beach bar and a number of great restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking or just want to hang-out and have a “Sunset Cocktail”. There is a path that gives you access to the 1Hotel Beach. Also, if you feel like some pampering the 1Hotel has a beautiful spa. Great location if you have some friends or family getting married at the 1Hotel. With over 30 windows there are beautiful views from every room in this house as well as fantastic trade breezes to keep you comfortable. The locals tell me that this is their favorite Villa in this complex. Don’t forget to visit the lovely Hanalei Town while you are here and stroll among the very unique collection of stylish shops and galleries. Hanalei Town also has many great restaurants. There are also rental shops in Hanalei from anything from surfboards, kayaks to bikes. Surfing lessons are available as well. Princeville has a Foodland supermarket with great prices for your food shopping requirements. There is also a Walmart and Costco on the island! There is a numbered parking spot for our house which is open for any guests that are visiting our house. Please come and visit, you will not be disappointed! The view from this villa was fantastic! We sat on the back deck New Years Eve and in the distance we could see the bonfires and fireworks that were happening on Hanalei beach. We were able to walk down to both Hideways beach and Pua Poa beach, which is in front of 1 Hanalei Hotel. Every night we took a stroll over to the bluff overlooking Hanalei Bay and watched the surfers and sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the villa was clean and neat. Two things that could be improved upon, the furniture in the living area is not comfortable at all and there was no cupboard space in the kitchen to put away our groceries.

This was a fantastic property -- spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fantastic layout, and wonderful location. Jessica was a great host -- communicative, helpful, and responsive to our every need. The views from the two balconies were mesmerizing and the overall privacy and peacefulness made for an extraordinary week in paradise. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views on the balcony were worth it in itself. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The perfect place to rest after long days exploring the island. Jessica was incredibly responsive, too! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

I was counting on the gps on my phone, it placed me before the house. Best to follow the directions in the welcome letter.

My teenager daughter and I spent a week in this beautiful nest -- which we affectionately called it based on how the house is nested atop the trees and the many friendly birds who joined us for morning coffee. :-) The space and location were perfect for the two of us and provided a nice balance between adventures on the south side of the island and relaxation on the north side. When I had questions for Jessica, she was quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to our next stay.

Short walk to the beach (note: there are many, many steps down) and gorgeous views from the villa. Unit was very clean and had great vented windows that kept it cool. A few things need fixing (e.g., screen doors, beach umbrellas, mats) but the property manager is planning to address them. Kitchen is well-appointed, but if you're a knife snob and need sharp knives, consider bringing your own. Overall, a lovely stay.

The view from this property was so beautiful that we often got take out and ate at the villa rather than at a restaurant. We discovered Fredrico's in Hanalei on our last night, highly recommend! It rained a lot during our stay but there were beautiful rainbows to enjoy from the villa. The location is perfect, close to many beaches, farmer's markets, dining, groceries, shopping, churches, etc. It was nice just going for walks too. Thank you, Jessica for letting us stay at such a wonderful place. 🌈

Having stayed in different areas of Kauai over the years, this was our first time on the north coast. We weren’t disappointed and couldn’t have chosen a better place than this villa! The views from every room were magnificent! Sunrises, sunsets, beaches and mountains - we had them all! Our stay here was amazing!

Expectations were high after reading the reviews and the property did not disappoint. Loved our time on the lanai overlooking Hanalei Bay, used the beach accesses to Hideaway and Hanalei and walked next door to the fabulous One Hotel for drinks and dinners. So happy we got to stay here!

This villa was perfect for our family get away! I wish I had known how great it was as we would have stayed longer!
The location was stunning, views of the ocean to one side and the valley on the other. It was nice and quiet but walking distance to the beach and a great walking/running trail right out the door. I loved eating breakfast on the Lanai looking out and Hanalei Bay every morning.
The size of the bedrooms and bathrooms were great and we had tons of space for noir family. The kitchen was well appointed and all the extras were appreciated. Jessica was great to

We loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the mountains, ocean, birds and trees. We also enjoyed having a balcony and view from the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped to make meals for our family, and Jessica was easy to reach out to. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Enjoyed the views over the valley from the balconies. You can hear the waves when the wind blows in the right direction. You don’t see the sun rise or set on the ocean as we are surrounded by mountains, but still beautiful. Cool night air was comfortable and no air conditioning was needed beyond the ceiling fans in each room.

The setting, with it’s views and location, can not be beat.
The amenities were good. The only real complaint I have is that there are some inexpensive updates that REALLY need to be done. Please replace the worn out, rusty shower curtain and rod in the master bathroom. Also the bedding is very old. When I stripped the sheets at checkout the pillows were all stained and pretty disgusting. I have pictures if needed.

The location of this property is outstanding--perched over a beautiful forest with lots of birdsong and stunning views of Hanalei Bay. We loved that it was a single detached unit, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for sleeping and lounging. We will aim to stay here again.

Our family spent 10 nights at villa #10 and it was perfect for our family and our vacation needs. The villa was located in a peaceful and beautiful location overlooking lush green foliage and the mountains in the distance. What an amazing sight to wake up to every morning( with the roosters crowing😊)! Jessica promptly responded and was very helpful to the messages I sent her before and during our stay. The villa was decorated very nicely and was very clean! We would definitely stay there again when we visit Kauai!

The view of the forest and Hanalei Bay from the property's two lanais was breathtaking! We enjoyed the roosters and birds in the morning and stargazed every night. The furnishings inside the home were wonderful and included everything needed for our vacation. There is close access to many beaches. Hideaways Beach trail started right across the street (a challenging, unique trail but fun for us with the rails and roped that are there and the dry weather we experienced). I highly recommend this property!

It was a perfect location for us within walking to two great beaches. Nice walking paths in the neighborhood. Good kitchen - living room furniture not very comfortable but bedrooms good. Deck was awesome. It was worth the drive to escape the crowds in the south.

We came here from the south side of the island where we stayed at a gorgeous resort with a fabulous pool for our kids (ages 8 and 5). And when we checked in here, I was a little nervous at first - thinking they might be bored without the pool and with the quiet that this area brings. But nope - this ended up being their favorite place to stay the whole trip (even including hotels we did first in Maui!). They looked forward to the sunsets, the family game nights each night (the villa comes packed with lots of great games!), and the beach explorations. Puu Poa was their favorite for the swing that was in the trees and they liked Hideaway Beach for snorkeling. We walked to both from this unit - steep declines, but it added to the fun!

Wow, wow and wow. Everything about this house is beyond any words. The stunning Mountain View from the balcony is out of this world. The house itself is beautifully decorated and super clean. The location is incredibly convenient…4 minutes serve to Foodland and walking distance to the most beautiful beach you will every find. Don’t think twice, book this now ! I Hope to return in the very near future 😊
