About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $200 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Please note: we do NOT rent to student groups. We are located at 13th & Central Ave in the North end. All new 2018: new kitchen, new bath and new hardwood floors. All new furniture. We are three blocks from the beach, our immaculate, second-floor north end condo offers three bedrooms including two full bathrooms and two parking spots. The walk to the beach does not require crossing any major roads, and we are just one block from downtown shops, key for families with young children like ours. This is true beach living! The 13th street location is ideal for walking to the beach (6 beach tags included) and the boardwalk attractions. Beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart and beach umbrella are provided for guests. Our living area is airy, sunny, and inviting, including a large flat screen TV with premium channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are three bedrooms: the master, room with queen bed and a room with bunk beds, twin and trundle for the kids. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided but there are many local companies that provide them. Our porch is off the living area and a great spot to relax and people-watch after spending the day at the beach. Voted “the #1 Beach in New Jersey' in 2009 and selected by the Travel Channel as one of the “Best Family Beaches in America” in 2007, as well as one of the “Best Beaches in America” in 2009, Ocean City is the perfect location for a family vacation. Other much-deserved accolades: Fine Living Magazine rated the Ocean City Boardwalk as #4 in the nation, Frommer’s highlighted Ocean City in its top “13 Destinations” for 2008, and readers of the Philadelphia Inquirer ranked Ocean City the “#1 Vacation Spot” in the region, citing “Colorful umbrellas, dolphins, long walks together, boardwalk, music pier, family and friends –- the week that could go on forever.”

The condo looked exactly as pictured and was in a great location! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk and about 10 minute walk or less to many shops and restaurants. It was clean and supplied a beach cart full of beach stuff which was great not to have to pack those things. It was our first time to OCNJ and we will definitely be back!

We were very happy with our stay at Brian’s place. Communication right from the start to the end was great. Fantastic location on a quiet street and 2 blocks from beach and one block to Wawa! House is done very nice and is clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

This was pur first trip to OC. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and overall warmth of the condo. There was pleantly of space for our family. The cabinets were stocked with anything we may need along the way and the hall closet had tons of movies and games for the rainy days. Great location, lots of shops and eateries within steps.

We had a great stay at this property! The property itself was clean and well taken care of. It was within a few blocks of the beach / boardwalk and walkable to markets, restaurants, and ice cream shops.

This was a perfect apartment for a family visit. Very clean and owner communicated well and check in was very easy. It was nice to use the garage, but was very tight for my SUV. You might want to check height and width before bringing a large SUV. Apartment got great light and cool ocean breeze. Nice to sit on balcony/porch in evening. Perfect location-close to shops and boardwalk but also on quiet street.

The condo was in nice condition and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and flatware. The appliances are new, and everything was very clean. The walk up was exactly 20 steps, and a bit difficult carting luggage. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Just in case you are new to OC NJ, you must bring or rent all your linens. This includes sheets, towels, blankets and kitchen linens too. It would have been good to have that requirement included in the listing. Our hosts, Brian and Julie were great. They took time to call before our arrival to answer any questions. Great location near the boardwalk and beach.

We were thrilled with the comfort of this unit and also how well stocked it was. I would recommend this unit for anyone who is able to handle the 20 stairs going up. We loved it but we are too old for that!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend trip to OCNJ after labor day. 4 adults and 2 young kids. It was really a perfect experience for our group. The house is very clean, stocked, and well decorated. Had all the essentials. It is also a great location to walk to beach/boardwalk and also stores like Walgreens. I loved having multiple beds in two different rooms - allowed us to shift up sleeping arrangements to accommodate little kids. It was really a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend!

In general I loved the property . The owner is super chill he was very clear in his instructions and always was willing to answer any questions . The property is 2 nd floor which he mentioned so yes there are a lot of stairs but the benefit is that it is zig zag so you have a landing every few steps which is nice . It was my first trip with a newborn so overpacked and did too many flights for this trip but just pack normal and you should be fine . I loved the inside interior decorations of the property all the paintings have positive beach sayings which were great picture opportunities for beach pics . I am very happy that it was close to all the necessary . Let’s be real you are on vacation so your not using the stove so all the nearest restaurants are pretty good , there is a Wawa , a acme and a Walgreens and Dunkin donuts and a bunch of little breakfast places really close in addition to the boardwalk . The couch inside the place is sooo comfortable . The washer and dryer is perfect to use for everyday . Overall happy with the rental .

In looking for a cozy beachhouse that is close to both downtown, the beach and the boardwalk, we struck gold. To top things off the owner could not be nicer or more accommodating. Beautiful house that we did not want to leave!

The house is very clean and nicely decorated and updated. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Communication with owners was very good. Overall, perfect week and the great weather was an extra bonus.

Very nice home in a great location. Owner was pleasant and easy to work with. Bedding/ sheets are “not included” but previous guests have left clean/ folded sheets in the closet. Will definitely try to stay here again if it is available.

Our family recently stayed at this property with 4 children under 5 and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself is clean, updated with a shore feel, plenty of sleeping options for children including a Pirate Room with a Great White on the wall. 2 sets of bunk beds and twin w trundle. The owners clearly appreciate the little things when traveling such as night lights, hand soap, kids’ games, chip clips and cleaning supplies just to name a few. Nice open floor plan in the kitchen, dining and family room. Everything was updated. Cabinets, counters… Parking in the back and street parking not a problem. I have 0 complaints and without a doubt would book again. It can be overwhelming trying to pack to stay at someone else's home and the owners here obviously understand that concern and were very accommodating. Also, easy to deal with and incredibly responsive. Probably the best experience we have had using VRBO or the other site.

We loved the design of the kitchen, layout of the house, and decor. It's exactly what we were looking for in a beach house.
We enjoyed being just a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk and other restaurants and shops in town. After finding a parking spot of the street, we used the garage and parking pad as storage for all of the beach stuff. The shower and hose on the side of the house made it easy to get everyone and everything cleaned up after a day on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in early June 2021. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very beachy and beautifully decorated, cozy and perfect for our family for the week. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and nearby shops and restaurants. Wonderful home and location for a family trip
Brian and Julie's shore home was wonderful. It's bright, spacious, clean and in a terrific location, a mere 3 blocks from the boardwalk towards the less commercial and more residential end of the OCNJ shore. The kitchen was stocked with all useful amenities and the bright, cheerful open space living room/kitchen is perfect for a family or group. The hosts are a mere text or message away and do their best to be accommodating. Me, my husband and 4 year old as well as some extended family enjoyed daily bike rides on the boardwalk, long walks at sunset and some great food a short car ride away.
This is a no brained for a quick getaway or an extended break.
