Super clean, comfortable and all the necessities were right there in the home. Loved the pool and the hot tub, the video recording outdoors was disturbing to us. Easy access to Zion. Great place to stay and we would go back if we are ever in the neighborhood again.

This is a very well-maintained, clean home. The pool is incredible! The slide and deep end for jumping kept my four kids entertained for hours everyday. My wife loved the shallow corner for sunbathing. We stayed in the heat of the summer with highs of 105. The pool kept us cool, even though the water was fairly warm (low 90s). The warmer water was great for evening swimming. It's an easy 1/2 hour drive to Zion. It was more than 10 degrees cooler there. Still warm, but a bit a reprieve from extreme heat. And it's the best National Park in the country! We started with Red Sands before and they are wonderful to work with. They maintain a consistent experience that is a notch above your typical vacation rental.

It's a wonderful home! The hosts were very responsive. When our white water rafting was cancelled due to a staff shortage, we took the opportunity to have a pool day and it was glorious to relax and unwind by the pool enjoying beautiful mountain views!

Utah family vacation
Beautiful home, very clean with lots of room. The pool and patio amenities like the fire pit and grill were great. The pool slide didn't work for us, but overall great. Would stay there again.

The house was perfect for our group. The pool was crazy hot the first night but they told us to turn the heat off and leave it uncovered and it cooled down by the next night. We weren’t crazy about the cameras outside but it was super convenient being able to text if we needed anything and they got back to us right away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

Most well supplied and comfortable house I’ve ever stayed at.
Everything provided in this home was well thought out. It had everything you could ever need and was very clean. They provided clean and cozy throws and pillows for the comfy reclining couch, empty cabinets to store your own food, basic spices, crockpot, InstaPot, panini press, Keurig coffee maker as well as carafe coffee maker, tons of Tupperware to store leftovers, aluminum foil and ziploc baggies, lots of towels plus hair turbans for wet hair, big empty garage to park to avoid car getting hot outside. Heated pool was wonderful (although it did get a little to warm the last couple of days we stayed). Hot tub was right outside door which was nice and convenient. Loved that there were two fire pits to enjoy- one gas and one wood burning. It was an easy and beautiful 30 min ride to Zion. We were happy to be away from all the crowds. There were plenty of restaurants in Hurricane just 10 min away. And River Rock Roasting Co, just down the road, had fantastic lattes and sinfully delicious bakery items (white chocolate blueberry muffin is to die for).
The management company made check in and out easy and provided clear and concise instructions for use of pool, hot tub, fire pits, grill, and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for Zion area
House was exactly as described. Neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located between Zion and St. George. Conveniently also close to Sand Hallow and Red Cliffs. Management was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect hangout spot!
We headed to southern UT to do some SXS riding. Found this place and booked it. We were pleasantly surprised with home! It's new, spacious, clean, user friendly and ready for you to enjoy. The pool was awesome. The slide and waterfall was a great feature, and of course the hot tub came in very handy as well. It's just a nice clean spot to hangout and play or relax. Something for everyone!! We will be back for sure

AMAZING STAY! GORGEOUS HOME!
This home is beautiful! We could not have been more pleased with the cleanliness, how well everything was stocked and prepared etc. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing, we found ourselves struggling to even want to leave and venture out, due to how nice the home and pool were! We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend this property over any other vacation rental we have ever stayed at!
