The man at reception was very helpful. Softest bed in India nice and close to catch train or bus.

I had a one day stay in this hotel. Room was ok for this price range. AC, WiFi, one bottle drinking water, TV are available in the room, also hot water is available in bathroom. Bathroom was quite cleen and good. Staffs behavior was good with us. Location, walkable distance from aluva KSRTC bus stand. Restaurants are near by for having food. Overall had a good stay.

The location is great and within walking distance from the railway station, bus stand, and restaurants. Although in the heart of the town, set in the market area, it is very quiet and secure. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The manager and staff were very helpful and accommodating. They helped me with general directions and also were quite flexible with the check in and check out times.
Nothing as such... Maybe if they had some arrangements for tea/coffee or electric kettle it would be helpful.

location is good. Close to Railway Station
Hot water not available in the evenings. Bathroom, though cleaned, was kept fully wet at the time of checking in. It seems staff is does not know that toilets are to be dry
