Excellent location, very clean.
I only met Carl when I arrived and was shown to my room which was perfect. It would have been helpful to have a bit more of an explanation of how things worked eg can you have breakfast , other meals, are you allowed to use the kitchen, is the sitting room area for everyone etc...

Spacious room, and the bed heater was a good addition for the cold nights.
Bathroom could do with a renovation. Visible rust on the sink, shower etc. Towels and beddings also had stains which was not pleasant to see and use.
