Absolutely fantastic place. The owners were very welcoming, and the train accommodation was awesome, as was the crystal light therapy and the hyperbaric oxygen therapy. A very serene and peaceful setting.

Nothing to fault

I loved the beauty and the peacefulness of Heaven in the Hills. Loved, loved the train carriage, so compact but had everything you needed. There was even a little gate set up for our little dog so he was very safe there as well. I had the best massage I have had for a very long time. Well done Braydon.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Being dog friendly was amazing, the owner brought us a baby gate so that our dog was secure and he was very warm and welcoming on our arrival. The accommodation was well equipped and thoughtfully put together with everything you could need plus more. It was clean and the veranda was nice. It rained the whole time we stayed so did not get to see the view, but I’m sure it was a great one.

We did not know that we would have neighbours sharing the carriage, especially so close with only a single door separating us. This should be made clear in the information, we would not have booked if we knew this and it was disappointing to realise when we arrived. We were very aware throughout our stay of the people next door as we could clearly hear them talking through the walls. We had to listen to their music late into the evening, which ruined what we were hoping would be a nice and quiet dinner in the lounge by the fire, until I asked them at 10:30pm to turn it down as we could not sleep even with the bedroom door closed. They were not loud or rowdy at all, it was simply that it is not noise proof in the slightest. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, both my partner and I left with sore backs and sore necks and slept poorly both nights that we stayed. We returned home from our getaway feeling exhausted. The main door does not close properly unless it is lifted up and into the lock, which required two of us to do this and it is very heavy.
