Very good

Everything was top- very friendly and professional owners and staff. Very nice little city, great advices about restaurants/ sightseeing from staff. Nice room, very clean! Dog was allowed/ 10 EUR per night. We were very pleased to stay there!

Very good

The location is very good, just few minutes away from the beach. Local shops and restaurants are also short walking distance away. There was pretty much no need to use the car for the entire stay. Property was bigger than expected - 2 good size bedrooms with bathroom on the 1st floor, with another bedroom (bunk bed) and bathroom on ground floor. Living room with kitchen, with all pots and utensils to prepare quick lunches or dinners, if not in mood to go out with kids. Weather was better than expected for the end of October - warm days, warm sea, lots of sun. We did not want to waste such good weather for going to shops or restaurants. Only for daily ice-cream... Driving the car to location was ok, only the sat nav was losing the signal closer to the location. Maybe it was just temporary GPS issue??? Value for money was good! I could recommend this for perfect for winter re-charge.

We had our beach towels, but regular bath towels are only available at extra cost. It is a minor issue that hopefully could be sorted out in the future. The interned access is not very good, as mentioned in earlier reviews. This works well as kids go to beach and to bed without problems, but sometimes it could be a pain (if need to do some work).

It was a lovely stay and we can recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed beach vacation

The location was really good. It was both very near to the beach and to the center. Also everything you need was there, we also could get bikes if we wanted so it is easy to travel around the island. There is also a washing machine and a nice area to sit outside. And the door includes a net against mosquitoes. And very important to us, the straff was very kind and helpful.

The only thing that could have been good to have in the kitchen additionally was a coffee machine/water boiler. And some of the lights were broken in the living room which made it a little dark.

Great location, good facilities, brilliant staff

The property is situated 2 minutes from the beach and a 10 minute walk into town.

Building work was being done on neighbouring property which was very noisy during the day but this was not the fault of the owners of the property we stayed in.

Passable

One of the terrace-chair was missing and the reception staff was very helpful to organise a new one. Its a quick walk to the beach (nice!) and the restaurant there is really good. The umbrella is complimentary.

We were a bit disappointed from the appartment after having a great week in Alghero, but "you get what you pay for". The appartement-furniture look like from the 90s. Don`t expect any comfort, but its ok for a beach holiday. The kitchen is just basic. We couldn´t use the oven, because the power went every time down. The stairway-banister was a bit loose. The bins are located on the terrace. The outside lights at the car park were turned on during the day. The green in front of our terrace was at check-in littered with cigarettes and covered with weeds. Don`t forget to bring the 200 € deposit in cash at check-in.

Finally better place than San Theodoro we will come back for sure!

Very good location close to the beautiful beach in Budoni. We love our private terrace and apartmanet was nice too. Looks bigger. Not so far by walk to the center of Budoni, where are the shops and very good restaurants. When you want take have coffe or drink or breakfeast bar is next to main reception, which is 100m from apartment. Very friendly staff, speak almost Italien, but finally we understand each other:-)

Maybe bigger kitchen equipment, but finally if something missing You can buy in the store and take home and you will have memory thing. No shower in the garden, but there is bidet, you can shower your legs after you come back from the beach in bathroom.

Superb

Near by the beautiful beaches, quiet area.

WiFi conection didnt work, we cannot registrated,it was no access to internet, in the bathroom clogged drain in the shower, from the handle is spraying to all sides. We had to buy an extra electricity spliter to microvave, if we turn on the oven, the electricity is gone. In the bathroom was no moscuiro net, there were so many moscitos inside.

Great spot with an amazing and helpful staff. Pasquale, one of the responsible staff, was always available, smiling and ready to resolve any possible problem. Rarely have I met such a great staff.

Quiet appartement good location

Quiet, practical, was perfect for a few days with a nice terrace. Comfortable walking distance from the sea. We could check in very early around 11h, very nice and friendly owner! Kitchen and bathroom were fine, airco very useful!

Kitchen was very poorly equipped, no lighter to switch on gas for cooking or to warm water.
