I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by several things: the warm welcome from the owners, Idaline and Fernando; the wonderful pool; the delicious breakfasts; the comfort; and the homely, family-like atmosphere. The house is also very close to the beach.
However, some of the amenities were no longer working, such as the sauna and hot tub, which can be seen in the photos. The accommodation is isolated, which made me a little apprehensive about safety. The biggest challenge for me personally was the meals: we couldn’t use the kitchen, and there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. This meant that we always had to plan our meals "on the spot" and eat out every time. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful place to stay, relax and enjoy the summer.
