הדירה נמצאת באפיסוס שהוא כפר לא גדול במערב פיליון, יש בו מספר חופים מקסימים והרבה מסעדות. הסופר מרקט בכפר קטן , ולכן מומלץ לעשות קניות בסופרמרקט בעיר וולוס, לפני שמגיעים. המיקום של הכפר נוח לטיולים . הדירה מרווחת וממוקמת גבוה והנוף של המפרץ והים נפרש למטה באופן מרהיב. המטבח נוח ומצויד היטב. יש את כל האפשרויות לבשל ולאכול בדירה. היא ממוזגת בכל החדרים. בדירה יש מרפסת מרווחת מול הנוף ירוק מצד אחד והים מצד האחר, ששימשה אותנו לארוחות בוקר משפחתיות. ויש בה גם בריכה קטנה/ג'קוזי שמתאימה למספר אנשים בו זמנית , כל זה מול נוף קסום.

הדירה ממוקמת קרוב מאוד לחוף הים, כמו שכתוב, אבל כדי להגיע לחוף צריך לרדת במדרגות תלולות ולא מאוד יציבות. הגישה לדירה ברכב היא בכביש תלול מאוד, דו סטרי ,אך מאוד צר שלא מאפשר מעבר של שני רכבים בו זמנית. הדירה היא דו מפלסית והמדרגות לקומת המגורים ,יכולות להיות לא נוחות לאנשים עם מגבלה. גם רמת התחזוקה בדירה דרושה שיפור, היו מספר דברים שלא עבדו .

Прекрасно място. Подсигурен паркинг в двора. Домакина е страхотен съдейства за всичко. Имахме приятен комфортен тридневен престой. Ще го посетим отново.

The location is amazing, the property size

I didn’t like the hosts; they weren’t welcoming. The house was not clean enough, and the beds and linens were outdated.
